I forgot until today- it's probably been mentioned, but Being the librarian and having engineers silently disassemble your bookshelves for personal projects then repeatedly ignoring you when you protest and try to tell them that they can get wood more easily than vandalising the library by just going to the engineering outpost

It's impossible to notice every sec call as an officer, and you inevitably end of round chat is how blind and stupid and callous you were. So how about a 911-esque PDA alert system where crew can send a message to all security personnel that flashes their PDA. It automatically takes their location and uses the PDA's name and job to send an alert to officers. This is so when security chases down and kills the changeling, they can look at their PDA and see a laundry list of everything else they missed. HoS, Captain and Magistrate (and maybe the RD/CE if this can be done from the messaging server) can blacklist PDAs from this service. Would this be a simple function to code?
