  2. A huge problem with drones, among many others, is how susceptible they are to antagonist sympathizing. Players observing the round can identify a traitor, join the round as a ghost drone, then intentionally allow themselves to be emagged. This behavior can be hard to identify without constant monitoring, and even then drones can easily feign innocence or claim they were just messing around with the crew. Drones are not permitted to interact with the crew by law, but drones are protected by a "cuteness factor". It's socially acceptable for a drone to beep and ping its way onto someone's head as a hat, then hang around the bar like a robotic cat. Furthermore, drones have a huge incentive to get emagged. Emagged drones have a very wide variety of tools, and are capable of bringing the station to its knees from the amount of harass and direct damage they're capable of. Getting emagged as a drone is like being given the keys to the antagonist candy store. This is highly appealing to many players, for self evident reasons. In order to combat antagonist sympathizing with drones, I suggest that emagging a drone should kick the player out of the drone shell, and replace it with an observer. Traitors still get their overpowered murder robot, but drones would avoid suspicious players in fear of getting emagged. We shouldn't reward drones that allow themselves to be emagged.

  3. And get fired or possibly even bwoinked if you're pretty clearly greytiding instead of doing your job. Because as soon as you take that alt title you ARE taking a job, you're no longer safe from "Responsibility" like the Tide is, because you are giving yourself a job, you are learning a department and helping out in it, where Assistants are just free to roam and scream at people for things or to be given access/jobs. You just have a lot less responsibility and people can see at a glance, you are not the skilled loremaster of the given department and to not expect you to know all the tips an tricks. This is, in practice, the middle of the road option between being a Civvie and Being a Security Officer or Doctor, etc. it is the step between before you feel comfortable enough to take the full thing on your shoulders. But since it is them iddle road, it means you're going to be expected to do things like a job, just not perfectly, or without someone's help.

  5. Perhaps a better idea for the Shadowling Enthrallment. The Ghost takes over the body, but the person taken over becomes sort of like a holoparasite? Able to talk to their 'master'.

  7. 1. You need some latin lessons 2. Please don't use the scientific latin name of the species of your character to name your character. Nobody names their children "Homo Sapiens Sapiens" 3. When someone says you are "a trained soldier" at the age of 22 that means you are probably going to be assigned to the frontline of infantry. 4. Nanotrasen is a mega-corporation, they don't have armies, and therefore they don't have generals. Their private military forces are mostly composed by Elite squads led by captains, sergeants or officials. 5. Please keep in mind that Space Station 13 is a game not meant to let you live your fantasized characters. They will die, they will ridiculized and they will be laughed at, unless you earn your respect. And you have to earn that respect without abusing all the meta-knowledge the wikipedia has to offer (Example: knowing surgery, chemistry, bomb disabling, airlock hacking and torch juggling all at once) since that is cheap and might even get you banned. Good luck gaining that respect on a server with an average population of +100 players. And even then you might end face-down in a pile of their own bloody feces. 6. You also seem to both severaly underestimate, and then severly overestimate, and then again severly underestimate the conginitve learning ability of an ,allegedly, intelligent sentient being. 7. I could go on but I want to give others the chance too. SENTENCE:
