This may seem a little OP, but... Perhaps there could be a spell that converts someone into a cultist cyborg. It could be similar to the Clerical cyborg, except instead of dispensing paper, it dispenses talismans for the cultists to use.

I believe that a Chemist or a virologist android would be nice, in the event that half of Medbay is on fire, and the other half is space and glass shards. (The only problem that could arise from this, is if there was a malf AI...)
