They have to be dead or unconscious. I think it was intentionally nerfed to prevent malicious pod drivers from arresting someone, and then dropping them off in outer space.

Did you refresh the page? (Ctrl+R) Also, the wiki has messed up thumbnails and has had this issue for a while. It can't create them. Unscaled images works fine tho.
-
When ingame, press the "Icons" menu, and change it to "32x32". Makes screenshots crispier and without that weird scaling filter. Here's a screenshot that's stretched, and here's the unscaled version I replaced it with.

As the others mentioned, you have to out the new content in context. Take the location articles for instance, a bunch of articles spread around but they're all linked to from the Locations template. Or the jobs, each job has its own article but there's an overview of all of them on the jobs page. I would suggest adding the item templates into a umbrella page, look at the objects page for instance, going to it from the main page shows a bunch of subcategories. Most of the items you added would be perfect if added to the Security Items article instead of being isolated on their own pages.

Good work on the cyborgs. CE office already had an image. When creating new map screenshots make sure your scaling is set to 32x32px, otherwise it'll become distorted due to the stretch-to-window filtering. As a sidenote, the issue you were talking about on the charackter image was probably due to unrefreshed cache, press Ctrl+R in a browser to clear out the cache and fetch the new image. Kind of silly but what can we do. And I'm still waiting for the wiki admins to fix the thumbnail creation issue.

As a security officer you have to murder the ling, he can come back to life and between lesser form and arm blades there are few ways to securely contain a ling. If you screwed up as an antag and got caught then you deserve what's coming for you. I think your example just highlights how terrible easy it is for security to metahunt antags, if what you say is true then they had no reason to suspect you were a ling. The issue here is security being able to detect lings that cover their tracks, don't leave witnesses, and stay stealthy. One random blood test later and it's all foiled. Removing "Enemy of the Corporation" wouldn't remedy this, and this "more antag interaction" you talk about would in 90 % of cases just be more dead officers. A better solution would be to make it harder to test lings/vamps. A stationary scanner in brig would force security to relocate suspects to the brig before performing the test. Another suggestion I saw was a limited supply of tests locked away in a lockbox ala loyality implants. As for your run-of-the-mill antags, the law clearly states lethal force is only to be used if they present a significant risk to detain them. If security kill someone just because the suspect was confirmed an antag after the suspect was detained, then they're breaking space law and should themselves be trialed for murder. You still need Magistrate's/Captn's permission to execute someone, even if you find traitor items on the suspect.

Would the toggle also mute *scream? I'd disable *fart in a heartbeat, but would suck to miss out on all emotes just because of this shitty one.

What if you could unlock drills by paying for them as a miner?

Great idea, PDA surely could use some redesigning. It feels like half of what it does is incredible useful, while the other half doesn't do anything. Here's things I find useful and am probably making use of at least once a round: Messenger Crew Manifest Gas Scanner (atmos) Atmospherics Scan Flashlight The pen (easy access in case I'd like to fabricate some paperwork or something) Haven't paid much attention to the notekeeper, the IC notes works fine and can't be lost or hijacked. Being able to edit notes is neat tho. Med scan is inferior to a health analyzer, which you should have access to anyways if you have that cartridge. Med/Sec records should be useful, but HUD glasses fills the essential uses (blood type check, arrest status). There also seems to be some kind of css issue with the buttons. Other than that I quite like the multipage UI.

Plz remove the nod to the old Space Law article on the notice/header. Redirected it to the new article. If people want a reference to the old laws, use this link: http://nanotrasen.se/wiki/index.php?tit ... oldid=4103

I think the whole demotion thing should have its own article or section. Here's my thoughts: Things you could be fired from: - Committing a crime (see space law), if security has a reason to brig someone then the head of their department should have the option to lay them off - Wasting department resources, this is considered Petty Theft / Theft / Grand Theft - Refusing to work (see Scrat's post) - Refusing legitimate orders (see Scrat's post, but how do we word/elaborate this to prevent condom abuse?) Things you should NOT be fired for: - Refusing illegitimate orders (HoS ordered you to execute the clown for slipping him, CE ordered you to fetch him a coffee, any order that goes against space law) - Being bad-mouthed/disrespectful I'm not sure on the whole demotion process and what to do if someone refuses to be fired. How can we prevent condoms firing someone just because? Who should be responsible for ensuring the ID and PDA is updated, the head, security, the former employee? This is how I could see it unfold: The head would request someone to hand over their stuff, if the employer refuse and believe the demotion is invalid then security is called and the security officer(s) must determine if the demotion is valid.

https://github.com/ParadiseSS13/Paradis ... od.dm#L182 18000 => 1800 s = 30 mins. Or thereabouts, haven't read up on BYOND's timing specifics. And keep in mind people being prevented from rejoining a round is only an issue if they lose connection and are then stuffed into the cryopods while SSD, 10 minutes should be enough time to reconnect. Might even go lower.

I'm not sure about this, I think that'd just encourage the play-to-win mentality. It would make players more competitive and a lot of anger would spawn out of players barely being left out from the escape shuttle, an antag missing one single objective because of something stupid happened, or one of the hundreds of things which may kill you. Instead of admiring that antag who killed you and then then went to complete all his objectives you would instead be disappointed since he caused you to miss out on a point, and slightly envious of his. I think instead of rewarding players who plays their role it would reward players who are paranoid and quickly hunt down and identify antags, who sticks to themselves from fear of being killed, and those who only cares about themselves (I've lost many shuttles trying to save someone calling for help).

I too think the time should be decreased, the pods are there to free up job slots right? 10 minutes should be enough time to allow people to reconnect to the game.

Awesome!
