I know I am in the minority, but as someone who plays this game on a 55 inch TV, widescreen is nothing short of incredible. The views are amazing. Would it be possible to maybe have a non widescreen option that still includes more horizontal tiles like widescreen does by making the whole picture a bit smaller? It would make non widescreen a bit worse since everything you are looking at would be a bit smaller but it would also allow them to see the same number of tiles as widescreen users which would gradually increase

I agree with this! I recently made a Grey that IC finds aloud communication to be annoying so I try to Telepathy a lot. It feels very clunky and a sometimes more of a pain than the RP is worth, ESPECIALLY scan mind. Maybe scan mind should allow an eavesdropping effect? As in Scan Mind could allow you to hear what they are hearing?

As a big chess fan, I wholeheartedly support this idea! Would make for really fun RP too!

Appreciate the feedback guys! Yeah, I can definitely understand what you guys mean as far as just kinda being a memey mechanic. I always like to think of different dishes and food tastes of different species. For instance my Kidan very much prefers Diona Nymphs and will regularly use that fact in RP, especially when playing chef. Great tip on making a nice emote for it though!

I think this would be a pretty fun change RP wise. If low on food in brig for example, one could just eat their bedsheets! Would be a funny niche unique quirk that I think would suit the new race very well.

Such a fun event! Only hiccup for me was in the beginning, everyone was kind of 'fighting' over territory. I got kicked out of where I was building 4 times and had to build somewhere else. Once I finally got going though I was able to build quite a bit! Overall such a fun round and gave the crew so much room for creativity of design!

I think I already have the zombie thing going with how many times I end up dead and revived...
