  1. maybe as a custom event like deathsquad? could serve the same role which is to end the round. the upside being since there weaponry would be a lot worse you could have more pirates which would be more fun for everyone rather than the just a chosen few.
  2. could you not just create a duplicate map with a lot of deleted items? or is having a specific map for a specific gamemode not possible?
  3. You learn on the job. you don't get slimes that start of friendly, you don't get crates that cost nothing to order, you don't get fake security alerts to test security, you don't get a detector to test if food is safe to eat and you don't get a test dummy for medical
  4. do mechs really need a nerf? RD gets a lot of stuff already I don't think he needs something else he can lord over the rest of science, new things that are added should be spread out not focused on making the heads more powerful. DNA lock however should be easier to revert. I would like to see a panel in the roboticist's and RD's rooms that can override DNA locks to allow any one to enter them.
  5. I think the problem is that punctured lungs are obtained at all. punctured lungs would be quite easy to avoid for any human going into space. Space isn't as deadly in real life as the media shows it to be. It would make you lose consciousness in 10-30 seconds and make you shit yourself and throw up due to the pressure difference in your digestive system and outside but as long as you get back to normal within a minute there are no lasting effects. alternatively make players throw up with low pressure (also shit themselves if that gets implemented) it could act as a short stun to top it off. http://imagine.gsfc.nasa.gov/docs/ask_a ... 70603.html
  6. plaststeel has limited usefulness though and if miners are doing there jobs they will most likely get enough for the station by themself.
  7. been playing a lot of xeno lately and I found that pretty much any good slime is no longer usable. I am not sure if this is intentional or a bug but xenobiology does deserve to get at least a few of them back as without them everything else is kinda boring. We do still have golems they are helpful but only to a certain extent, they are real players after all so will get bored if you tell them to do the same task for 30 minutes and half the time the HoP refuses to give them ID's making them even more useless. bluespace slimes don't do anything with there extracts any more with either blood or plasma gold slimes only react with plasma so they are now useless to try and get a few aliens to experiment with you can no longer become a slimeperson with green slimes and now instead become a species which is next to useless? surely if slime person was OP it shouldn't be a starting class? it is only these 3 slimes that I have found but they are all in the top 4 most useful slimes to get and pretty much every other slime that I haven't mentioned are either useless, it's effects can be created elsewhere or is only there for messing around. right now the only useful thing xenobiology can do for the station is create golems which essentially is just another way to bring people back to life
