Born to the name Ki'Renla Hen'Makricka, her biological parents dying in the cross fire shortly after the war broke out. A NanoTrasen Emergency Response team, medical division, found her alone in a burnt down house. Her body covered with 3rd degree burns, the Medic took her back to his FOB camp where she was treated. After 2 years in intensive care, the Medic, by the name of Sombera Pride, took her to his clan on Ahdomai where she was adopted into. Due to her adoption into Sombera's clan, she was given her new name as Kiara Pride. This being a right given to all that join the clan. She stayed with the clan under Sombera's house with her new family, Tillony, Kovu, and Nala. It wasn't until her 16th birthday that she was introduced to NanoTrasen for the first time, where she assimilated into the ranks of a Trainee ERT medical ops. She didn't stay long in the ops, opting out for more dangerous and exciting positions. At the age of 17, she had already under gone the specialty training required for Security officers/Detectives, and a Station Engineer. She immediately afterwards turned her sights on the Head of Personnell Training and that of a Blueshield. It wasn't until her 18th birthday that she was finally able to join a station crew and work for NanoTrasen. After almost a year working for NanoTrasen, Kiara had to return home after word about her younger sister passing away and her missing or dead brother. Shortly after her arrival back on Ahdomai, she was greeted with even worse news that her mother was deathly ill. So she stayed on Ahdomai for 4 months, tending to her dying mother and sickly father. Tillony passed only two months after Kiara's arrival, Sombera passing only a week from being able to get treatment. After her father's passing, she returned to her service through NanoTrasen, in hopes to find out what happened to her missing brother.

When checking with the vearied heads she has worked with, they all said that she can be a quiet girl. She also rarely steps out of line unless the situation calls for it. Security Records: She only has few minor charges, 3 brake ins, and two minor assaults. Medical Records: She has had a two heart transplants, one to remove her old heart and insert a mechanical heart.
