Less about Viruses, more about toxins buildups in those organs. I'm guessing assisted organs shut down if EMPd. ...never heard about toxins building up in them and how differently do they shut down?

Defibbing someone back to life is also wayyyy faster than cloning someone. Defibbing requires the person be below certain brute and burn thresholds, and if they are, they revive every time without having to go through the 5-10 minute cloning procedure; it's very very quick and you can handle multiple people at once. Also...cloning is genetics and DNA with a bit of bluespace hand-wavery for memory, so it doesn't really matter how long they've been dead as you're rebuilding them on a genetic level---defibbing is still very very much the same person, so brain damage would matter. As for mechanical organs having an advantage? They already do, believe it or not: -Mechanical organs take 20% less damage from sources (this is effectively having 25% more health than regular organs) AND they're immune to germs. -Assisted organs can take an extra 5 damage before becoming bruised and broken (they also aren't impacted by EMP as much as full mechanical) Pretty decent advantage for a weakness that's almost never encountered. how many viruses attack the heart or organs? also what happens to assisted organs when EMPd?

just a kinda off topic thing. back on topic. i would want to keep the blob shielding but in a different fashion, eat the damn station!!! which is kinda the point of blobs... replace the resource generators with digestors that turn whatever the blob chomps on into resources (that would include floor tiles that lead into space and items and if possible, dead blob soldiers) the more digestors the blob has the faster it ''digests'' stuff. then it could use its resource points to upgrade/reinforce blob walls gradually, the blob spawning factories would need resources to be able to make more blob soldiers. to make sure it wont screw over the blob, make the blob core be able to digest stuff on its own.

if anybody would want a mechanical heart...it would have a infinite bluespess battery. idea 1: if its not stopping (unless EMPd) it will keep the blood circulating and make it keep processing the blood and whatever is in it. so just inject that dude with a mechanical heart with dexalin and fix his injuries and he would literally come back from the dead (basically a passive defib) idea 2: when in crit the heart starts doing some kind of CPR function that is built into it (its mechanical)...making your suffocation due to the crit state kill you much more slowly. unrelated idea: mechanical lungs...

I THINK these are fairly straightforward and wont ruin anything at all...but would need coding. security: stuff at least one living antag into the shuttle brig (duh) and READ THE LAWBOOK and follow SoP cargo: collect X amount of profit points (not sure how we code that) medical: make sure there are less than X (depending on crew size) amount of corpses hanging around, corpses in morgue are not included. edit: also that a X amount of people are 100% uninjured depending on crew size. research: send research notes/artifact/sciency RnD things to NT (will help QM) janitor: make sure this station doesnt accumulate more than X amount of messes (based on crew size and made easier depending on random events like meaty ores) chef/botany: help QM with profit points (bonus points if its mutated or very well cooked) engineering: just...keep the power on leadership roles/the station in general: get X amount of points (the ones that show up when the round ends) that are heavily supported if other departments finished their objectives bluesheild: make sure your VIPs are alive and well and that they get to centcomm to get X amount of points (capt = 4 points, heads = 2, other VIPs = 1. something like that...) barman/civillian/librarian/chaplain/clown/mime/NT rep objectives would be too vague and pointless so they get to do whatever.

Meh, thats some of the worst lore for special snowflake crap. Barely makes any sense too, but thats something I don't want to get into. add holographic[spoiler2]for the tail gestures[/spoiler2] translator language thingies, click on it to speak a language its made for. comes with encryption key to translate stuff. also make them expensive and availible at QM.

after having slept imma go clarify this. i was talking about being able to toggle something to stick things intentionally into people or try to not stick things into people and just hit them with the thing.
-
some items other than bullets get stuck in you so i propose this. add a verb to toggle if you want to intentionally stick things into people or not, with varying amount of RNG depending on the setting you put it on. so we can avoid situation like these: vox with a knife is killing this other tajaran for some reason vox loses knife by accidentally (RNG did it) sticking the knife into tajaran now the tajaran can pull the knife out of himself and thus have the advantage over vox (kinda) vox gets murderboned and spessed by the tajaran. simple enough. TIME TO SLEEP!

alright, here is the first iteration of only two sprites so far... and its far from being able to get implemented...since im lazy and need some feedback on it. after all the lazy spriting/recycling/splicing and using this pic as a reference i present you those sprites!

TG lings were were merged so my argument falters. now the best way to fix it is to make a variant of the TG lings like: spawning more claymore swords from your hands or reviving yourself unless you are decapitated, no other changes other than turning all the non claymore weapons into claymores to prevent unhonorable people using non honorable weapons. this might be bad but it might also be fun.

we need to add more fluff to it!
