The issue with that is that it goes in with the rest of the trash. Tossing a package with a hand label into disposals and praying that the belt is off in cargo, and that someone'll pick it up in the next hour is rather a lot of bother, compared with just dumping it on the desk of the department you want to give it to. A better idea would be to have a separate belt in cargo for wrapped and labeled/tagged boxes go there, and either a cargo tech will have to tag the package or it will be tagged by the person sending it. If packages were tagged at the disposals chute, then there should be an x-ray machine or similar that logs each package, it's destination and where it was sent from and gives a rough idea of the contents, so that bombs aren't being mailed everywhere.

Mail chutes would be an easier way of transporting materials and products between departments, plus a fun an original way of commiting B&E. It would also be cool for engineering to be able to ship materials to where they were needed or possibly for the chef to send food to people. Some objects would have to be not allowed in the mail chutes, like bombs, or else every rev round would just be science going IRA on command and shipping a max yield bomb to the bridge. A central routing depot like goon would also be effective, possible allowing for someone to scan the post for bombs or traitor items.

The lock should stop you from being pulled out in combat. Being able to take someone out when they're SSD would be useful.

Don't play engineering, atmos, janitor or any other jobs so crucial for the station's upkeep that it is taken for granted. Sure, you can be a great atmos tech, but since it dosen't directly affect them, they don't get karma directly (unlike someone in medical, who gets karma up the arse just for doing their job as it involves interacting with people), and most of the time they aren't noticed. A good engineer or atmos tech doesn't get noticed. A great engineer builds an autism fort that makes all the other Engineers applaud him. They only time when Engineers and Atmos techs are really noticed (and would get karma) is if something is going badly wrong, either through their incompetence or bad things happening. You can bet on everyone blaming the Engineers and not on, y'know the traitor screaming over comms about their evil plan. In short, don't play for karma, play for fun, and you'll earn more karma (or won't if you play engineering).

I've seen a few atmos griefers in my time. The best way of dealing with atmos griff is a fireaxe in the head of the griefers and then fixing it. The current atmos room works fine. Jobs with good griefy potential will always exist, and the only thing you can do is ensure that admin logs for atmos stuff are as extensive as the ones for bombers.

Toxin's job is creating work for atmos.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind the engiborg having a light replacer. Saying that it infringing on the janitor is a moot point as engineering has a box of spare lights and there are loads of boxes of lights in maintenance , plus drones have infinite lights (or they can get infinite refills), so giving the janitor help when electrical storms happen is useful.

Pull a yogstation and make "powergaming" and "validhunting" bannable offenses. Probably leading us into a hellish world in which the admins have to hand out bans like sweets and we lose any prestige we had as a server.

Thats it. Next time I roll traitor I'm bugging the admins to turn me into a skeleton so I can build a disposals slide into space and stand by it in a staw boater and jacket and offer people the rollercoaster ride of a lifetime.

Making it possible to see everyone's antag after a set amount of time would probably just lead to sec and the heads turtling until the antagHUD was enabled, at which point, sec would charge into battle and just murder everyone rapidly.
