I agree. I play Kidan because I like the quirks. I'm used to wearing prescription glasses on my other characters, so I don't mind the lack of Kidan eyewear. Get used to playing without HUDs and sunglasses and you will become more robust, more careful and even smarter. If you want to play a race with little downsides but with benefits, try Vox or plasmamen. They're EVA-capable by default, making them my go-to races for big emergencies (unless you die a lot, of course), with the latter race also being 100% bio proof. The biggest downside is that you die when you get stripped, but most people don't bother (they'd rather kill you outright). Plus, the plasmaman has an amazing helmet light! Don't forget about grabs!

I never metagrudge. I have no reason to. I want to know if I missed any signs, if I was too lenient on some people, I want to know where the holes in my cognition are and what were the false positives that round. It's self-improvement, a learning process. How can you learn on mistakes if you don't know your mistakes? How do you match certain behaviours with antags? How can you know for sure?

I want crawling for functional and balance reasons (unbuckle someone in the wheelchair and you got him permastunned - I want crawling to apply only to disabled people), and piggyback for roleplay/ERP reasons, because I can't imagine it helping with transporting injured people. You're always told to put the injured person in a "safe position" and wait for help (aka the roller bed).

People kill animals for no reason here. If your Ian is sentient (and this is when you care about your pet), it will always get into some trouble. You can't fucking babysit a mob that can't defend itself.

No. The point is that you have to return to the station if you want to have your greentext or if you want to make it to CC.

I fucking hate it. I want to see all the antags I've failed to catch as captain/security/AI/validhunting NT Rep so I can be better suited to catch them in the future. A BYOND-crashing bomb basically impacts my learning experience.

What Coldflame said. Personally, I think we could use some more entertainment options like minigames. Our current tool options and building options are good enough.

Formal art education is good if you want to become a pianist or a violinist. Not sure about other cases, though. I agree that some of your stuff is poorly-cropped, you could look into photography/some other kind of art to learn more about composition. I like the style, and you got me with that wheelchair warden - AFAIR I was either captain or rep in that round.

Vampires aren't very destructive. Vox + vampires? Could be interesting to see antag vs antag here. And then again, you've got stealthy vampire shitlords phasing through walls and stealing everything that isn't bolted. Would be interesting, actually... Vox in space, vampires can not into space!
