  3. I think I see what you did. You directly hooked up to the oxygen and plasma tanks to pump into the mix tank. You put scrubbers inside to remove CO2 to prevent the fire getting suppresed. You ran the scrubbers through the coolers to cool it off and cycle it back into the CO2 tank.

Thus, Aviva tends to take on some of my darkest sides. The obsessiveness, the assholery, the desire to only serve herself - these are all traits that exist in me, but I don't show. When I grew up, there was a time when I actually wished I was gay- then I'd have a reason for being different. I also have a feminine side- in Aviva, the bisexual woman, these weird sides of me are not only present, but glorified and brought out.

  7. :idea: Probably put this in the HoP's office. Allow the HoP to give jumpsuits as well! And emagging it should unlock the psychedelic jumpsuit (/suit/chameleon/psychedelic, I think).
  8. HoS is a very necesscery job, so that while making it karma locked might make it better played, it also needs to manned and would likely be manned less often if it was karma locked. Warden is a job that doesn't have to be filled, but when it is filled it should be filled with a good player.
  9. I'd love for Warden to become a karma job. Warden is frequently filled with not great players, and his purpose is something requiring good roleplay. Making it a 2-5 karma job would make it a better played job.
  10. Apparently I'm pretty good at getting karma(32 karma in one in a half months). Here's how you get karma: be SOMEBODY. You get karma four main ways: being creative, being robust, being a hilarious RPer, and knowing fun game mechanics. If you want karma, make beautiful art, take down the nuke ops singlehandedly, start a nudist cult, and make fliptonium pills.
  11. Are you sure? If the buggy created a light source a few tiles in front of it, it would function as, essentially, a headlight. I wouldn't want the buggy to have a drill, or at least, have it not able to fill ore boxes; it'd essentially become a Ripley replacement at that point.   13. I like the name "The Military Girl", to not just recognize Alice, but the many characters in this vein who have been badass,robust, female player characters. There's no snowflake, and everyone is happy. You can even make the recipe super overcomplicated so no one ever makes it!
  14. I disagree with removing any functionality to aim mode. If you remove autoshooting, it has no purpose and prevents its main purpose:hostages. I do agree that the aimfreeness should be removed: My suggestion is that aim mode only fires one shot, then takes the user out of aim mode. That way, you still have to click for each shot fired, while not removing actual functionality.
  15. Meteor rounds with time to prepare are much funner. Engineers can set up the singularity and protect it with a field generator. The AI can be moved out of its satellite. People can be evacuated to mining. However, at a certain time delay, it becomes to easy to set up defenses. A low time limit(20 minutes) forces people to prioritize. That would be a change I could get behind.
  16. Sometimes, being a head can be really stressful. Any amount of comic relief can be welcomed by a head manning the bridge. This is a problem that must be fixed if we don't want all the heads going crazy. The solution is not more clowns(sorry, that was a lie, the solution is always more clowns). Rather, the solution is a dedicated post of a bridge entertainer. The way this person acts would be up to them, whether it be closer to a mime or a clown; this means that the position requires decent roleplay ability and game knowledge. It'd be a lot of fun for whoever played it and the heads, which is why it would be a karmic unlock job. There are few things about the bridge entertainer that I would want that would be specific, but I don't think must be had. For instance, I would want bridge entertainer to be a 30 karma unlock job, and I would want them to be loyalty implanted like the captain, blueshield, and NT rep. I'd also want for them to have an alternate job title, HONKshield and SILENTshield.
  17. I have done the act of thinking and looked at how incredibly dirty the station is every round. Another problem I noticed was the massive amount of rainbow tide we have had recently. I think I can solve both! The solution is janitalia: A janitor department. Structured similarly to cargo, there would be 3-4 regular janitors in the department, and one head janitor, who, unlike the quartermaster of cargo, would be an actual head. Like how there used to be security offices scattered across the station, there would now be janitor closets around the station. In the area that used to be the assembly line, you could now have the main area of the janitors, complete with a head janitors office, extra lockers/janicarts, and a janitor meeting room. With janitalia, the station will finally be clean!
