Why don't just place the SOP guidelines inside newscasters, or place a special button in your PDA that shows the SOP guidelines? Or just create a SOP handbook for security.

Basically, we used to have this before. What it is for the new people, it's a wound type that happens when your head get's too much damage. What happens is that it will simply break and that it will expose your brain. The way to fix this was by doing bone surgery.

What the title basically says, make it so that a brain is dropped whenever a head is exploded. Currently your head explodes way too fast and no brain is dropped, thus causing permanent death. Post your opinion.

Why don't make it that you can buy implants that boost strength and that surgeons must implant it. It costs a lot of your money IC and only applies to one limb.
