Right now the CE, HoP, CMO, and RD get pets. I think the HoS and captain should have pets also. I think good pets would be the Captain getting an eagle and the HoS getting a German Shepard or Pitbull.

What if every player had objectives like traitors do? They don't have to be destructive, but just fun, optional, objectives that have something to do with the job you are.
