Who would suggest they all be regular beds and what was their reasoning Fj45?

Roller beds cannot be created, while regular beds can be. If we need regular beds, we can also create them. Not having enough roller beds takes away from immersion and versatility for the medical staff. Hospitals today equip all of their beds with rolling capability. To not do the same in our station, limits what med bay can do and transportation of many patients. Let's change the beds.

If you take into consideration the posts regarding RP going down since server population has gone up, I think there is only one solution to increase RP. That is by increasing standards for playing RP which Heads can control in their department. Admins have a lot to keep track of with player populations and can't do it on their own. I think this is a good idea but make the requirements low. For HoS, you can do 2 rounds security, and 1 round each of being a warden and detective. This requirement just ensures familiarity with your department. I think this would raise the bar just a bit without asking too much. Or we just accept the server for what it is and move on.

Well that makes perfect sense considering the CentComm exception.

I like this one, it's like Fallout. Surreal, retro, promises you good things but subtly hints at other things with the alarm blazing, blood splashed on it, and falling off the wall.

Found in the identifying antagonists wiki page: So a wizard RPing diplomacy can't be accepted unless CentComm authorized it. I think there was a game a few days ago the Captain decided to kill a diplomatic wizard, and a majority of players didn't like that. The wiki should be changed I think.
