my suggestion is that we add 25 deadly diseases that can be ordered through a special supply crate. also , updating hazmat suits , maybe have the occasional suit rip/tear ? , maybe accidentally stabbing yourself with an infected needle ? etc..

while it is not known if there would be a direct counter to this disease (not in lore) , i think it would be a nice addition
24: Spacepox
a new and more deadly version of smallpox. a cure is currently being researched for this horrible disease...but it still plagues the galaxy
23: Yellow Fever
while it is also unknown if the cure would have been researched at the time , i would find it funny seeing the jaundice form on people
22: Tuberculosis
this one would seriously fuck up the station , but it would be cool to see in action !
21: Space Influenza
