Or we should put them in the karma shop for the same price as IPCs (Because from what you suggest I imagine a noisy, slower, and more shielded IPC made from minerals.) And if exploding limbs on IPCs wasn't snowflake code, it'd be totally easy to just slap that onto these guys, right? Most of the time, it's scientists that put the stuff in the stuff. Putitng a lockbox over it won't stop anything, especially if scientists or QMs (why should he need this?) have access. I swear I've seen RDs do this too, name a job with Science access and I swear they made a sing.

You aren't -forced- to play RR, keep in mind. anywayyyyyy. Also, the Sawn Off Shotgun is a MODIFICATION. You can't get it at round start, same way Civvies can't get a toolbelt full of hacking gear, yellow gloves, or stunprods at roundstart.

Why not make it a traitor item? Like, 5 tc or something. And before you say "MAI IMMURSHUNS" keep in mind we have stuff that's about 20x sillier. EDIT: And the Russian Revolver can't be used as a weapon against anyone but yourself. That's just... insane to call that a buff.

Hearing =/= xray vision, you see. (No pun intended?) Just like, make whatever they can't see but can hear into said grey fuzzy thing.

For the hearing, I'd rather see it display fuzzy, gray humanoid outlines for what they hear but can't see - it's kinda ridiculous to know how to read someone's ID beyond a wall BY HEARING or know -exactly what the paper on their head is labeled.- By hearing it. Aaaaanyway.

I'm not saying we should make Kidan shit gold and grow armblades on command and summon poptarts, but I was thinking maybe giving Humans boosts of Epinephrine on an RNG chance when they're getting near softcrit or something small enough that it wouldn't make a species op pls nurf.

I think it's time to nerfhammer them! No, it's time to think about other species and add stuff to them to make them better rather than focus on one species and worship them. I get fucking tired of people trying to add more unbalanced shit to the robots as well and if I were in control of this all I'd say IPCs get absolutely no more buffs until everyone else does from this point on. I suppose that it's almost as if I'm saying if it ain't broke don't fucking touch it. Yes, there are bugs with IPCs, but I'd much rather the bugs with other species get fixed first. IPCs are perfect as-is, imo. They can die within a few hits to the chest with a toolbox and if you remove their head and a leg they're fucked. EMPs will probably ruin them. Explosions tend to fuck them terribly. In fact, anything can kill them very fucking quickly. They can't get genetic powers. They don't breathe, can self-repair to a point, no toxins damage... And, well, thats are all that I find really useful. The current fragility is the reason I like playing IPCs; they're not too strong, and just a bit weak. That gives you a challenge on DEFENDING yourself rather than arming yourself with lasers and swords all the fucking time. The reason IPCs are still included in the code is that they've been nerfed nearly every time they've been modified, so they've taken many strikes of the nerfhammer as is. Just be glad they aren't perfect robots because then they'd be pretty much fucking unstoppable, think Terminator but with a CRT head. And the reason they keep getting more and more hatred is because people who don't play IPCs don't get paid attention to: I think Humans and all the other races need some actually fucking good suggestions. And this is how my slightly off-topic fucking 12:18 AM rant ends.

For once, I agree with Tauka. I really just don't want that plastic flaps thing, that means that as long as you have something to break the glass down you get access to like everywhere. But Resomi'd be so cute, hell, just remove the Plastic Flaps and add in genetic unchangeability and lock it behind like I dunno 60-70 karma. I suddenly love these little bird nerds dear god they're so cute i don't care if they get nerfed to holy living shit or even nearly humanized in features i just want to be able to stand by them all day so they don't go legally insane ;n;
