  1. Also, Yinseng, I don't really know if you're counting in random events and NPCs for non-antag bonuses. You get to walk around freely in the radstorm event and Space Carp can never actually kill you seeing as how they stop attacking when you get into crit and your crit afaik doesn't rapidly push towards your death as an IPC. Just imagine, designated IPC APCs, any robo serf caught feeding off one not officially designated gets their stipend cut. f u
  2. no
  3. Their limbs pop off like a twig, just hit them in the legs once or twice with a harmbaton if it comes down to nonlethal combat. Imo it'd be okay with EMPs taking two strikes to actually kill, the first muting and stunning them for 45 seconds and the second just outright killing them.
  4. No. That's like saying "Make it okay for Sec to kill humans etc with an E-Gun if they resist arrest." It should never be okay for anyone to kill a non-antagonist as a non-antagonist themselves. Also, I don't see how they're unbalanced, they get to be revived easily, so they can be killed easily, it's a fair trade. They don't need much change.
  5. Make more research just put money in your bank and let you only print off better parts for upgrading station machinery. No more speshul tois for sci. b/c why not lmao
  6. No one really implied it was about losing or winning?
  7. Made by mixing ice and water or some other cold-y recipe. What it does: When sprayed or foam grenaded, it replaces the icons of the floor to use the snow sprite. When snow is mixed with more ice it generates a snowball, a harmless thrown object that you can shove tiny items into. When put into a gas it's just vapor.
  8. I never have seen a great trial. I don't think I've even seen trials, nor do I think there's anywhere even stating people can have one. Now, listen, this guy basically gets to control the flow of briggings, executions, and perma-ing, okay? It's locked because it requires you to RP well and it's locked because you really shouldn't let Bill McGreytider be one until you know you can trust him. If anything, keeping it locked helps out the RP, so you don't get a shit bald magistrate who executes people for breaking an out-of-the-way window in maint to make room for their maint fort 100% of the time. And personally, I don't think more magistrates would end sec murderbones, I believe they'd just kill the antags on the spot rather than killing them in the brig. Plus, Vampires are really, really hard to contain, especially so if they've sucked up enough blood. It's usually your only and best choice to execute them as they'll just mist form their way out 80% of the time.
  9. This is a walkthrough on how to beat The Orion Trail and Space Villain! Space Villain This game is easy to beat, you just need to take your time. It usually pays off higher than the Orion Trail! Heal yourself a lot until your mana gets to ~10. Spam recharge until you're at at least 20, but heal if your health drops below 14. Continue this cycle until you get a significantly high Health stat and a mana of at least 10. Raise hell on the enemy by spamming attack, heal and recharge if you need to, do NOT let your health drop below 14! The enemy will start stealing your mana to heal after he's down to about 12 health. Keep recharging until you get 15 points and keep attacking! You have just beat Space Villain, a somewhat tedious but easy enough game. If I'm correct, your ticket payoff is increased depending on how much health and mana you have after killing the Space Villain, so experiment to find a method of maximizing your stats while keeping yourself alive. Remember magic will also kill you if it drops below 0! Orion Trail A quick, easier game that relies mostly on luck and very very minor resource management. DISCLAIMER: This method won't work 100% of the time! TOT is a very randomized game and you may need to try again if it doesn't work the first time! Press the "Kill a Crewmember" button once, and press Continue. If something breaks, use a part. If you get a "slow down" message, just continue and/or wait if your things break when you lack the parts to fix it. Keep on continuing until/unless you find a shop, and sell your third crewmember for 10 FU and FO. Do not sell a crewmember if you only have two. Buy one if you have only one. Trade off FU for FO and FO for FU back and forth until you get an almost-equal amount between the two. Continue continuing. Go around the black hole. You should win about 80% of the time. I believe this also scales by Crew Remaining, FU and FO remaining too. So mess around, I guess, but be careful, this game is very randomized and some strategies like this one will sometimes fail.
  10. Nothing's stopping anyone from borging most antags, they aren't still antags after being put into the borg shell. The only reasons you wouldn't borg an antag is if you're Powergamer McGee that believes "ALL CRIMINALS SHOULD BE DEAD FOREVER" or Roboticists' is way too understaffed and supplied. Also, to clarify my stance, -1.
  11. Or we're in the future where all brains morph themselves to form creases in their owner's name and posibrains make laser cuts for the same thing.
  12. And what about any of antags coming from outside? Wizards, shkrek raiders, nuke ops. NT sends those guys on a covert false flag operation. Kocмичecкaя Cтaнция 13 was an inside job! The derelict was built to withstand a bluespace shuttle!
  13. I also read on the subreddit that Poly turns into an unkillable Ghost Poly after dying so and so times for a round.
  14. All nanotrasen crew undergo a surgery that gets a code placed on their cortex to identify their viscera.
  15. dat lip bite
  16. Well we can bring it back now that the code has like systems for it now, don't it? Plus we can change the lore again
  17. Alright, since Nickcrazy is a lazy fuck, I made a thread for discussing how to make greys good. Also, some problems with them as of Apr 22 2016: They lack the water weakness and the acid strength-ness that Nick said they should have. Their ass and hands stick out of jumpsuits weirdly. A ton of shit look god damn weird on them. Their Telepathy is ass They've barely been touched in ages and should get some attention. ok discuss im out
  18. i don't like being forced naked looking And we've had those body designs for a while, it's like with humans with robo arms, you only get to see them every once in a while but who cares, doesn't mean we should give everyone built in jumpsuits just because they can have prosthetics that barely anyone will see. Just walk around with your PDA/ID in your jacket if you really want to show off, don't restrict a whole category of clothes away from them for the sole purpose of showing off their prosthets, otherwise just give everyone built-in suits to show off their species body features and remove the Public Nudity-y law
  19. Make it an undershirt type
  20. sorry, still tho, vanilla race and people can play races for reasons other than powers and don't bring ops ic characters into suggestions to further criticize them, thats r00d
  21. aren't dionae already like super overpowered + vanilla race, no touchy touch allow
  22. It's not fucking hilarious to die on an infection inflicted by a misclick caused because of a lagspike. "Nah lets just keep this shitty feature because its funny, fuck whatever it takes away from gameplay, lets keep it because it's funny"
  23. If I'm a fucking 26 year old grown adult male I know not to fucking keep my hands on a glass bulb Plus a normal lightbulb won't fucking kill you just by touching it alone You shouldn't have to spend 5 fucking minutes in front of the medbay calling for a doctor because your burn wound inflicted by accidentally waving your hand over a light will get infected and fucking kill you either
  24. I'm not gonna bother supporting my own threads if every one of them is gonna get met with a snarky fucking reply
