Is the station doing anything special for Christmas besides playing as Santa for a few rounds? Can I suggest some !fun! that could be tried out if not done already? I'll come right out and say I want Christmas nuke ops. Just a crew that comes in dressed in red and handing out gifts to everyone which may or may not result in their own destruction. I mean what would they hand out besides weapons and bombs (and maybe the nuke if it can be wrapped)? Sure it'll be super griefy as everyone would have the means of life and death in their hands but the goal of nuke ops was to kill everyone anyways. This way they're at least doing it in the spirit of Christmas! fuck that sounds so bad I'd like to push this to other special antags but it all depends on what they could do. And it'll be for one or two days because Christmas Eve and Day. Something new for the holiday. This will also have to be admin lead or assisted. But just think of the fun! inb4 everyone hates this idea

Chemical implant with Capulet tonic/toxin, but that has a set time. Unless you can number the amount of time or activate another chem implant while out that has charcoal in it. Best way to go about that I say. I hope there's a chaplain that makes an effort to give people a space funeral. Bonus if you had the "die a glorious death" when one does

I want to say this is possible with the current code but it's also very niche to only those who will play it. So sometimes you get wrecked badly but your limbs don't fly off. You sometimes end up with limbs that don't work. You can't us them. Better take a trip to Medbay or Robotics then but what those who start off with disabled limbs? What if you want to play as someone who is disabled from the waist down and needs to use a wheelchair? What if you want to be Oracle because the clown shot you? I'm guessing you could make a character without their legs but some people won't want that. The same could go for arms but disabled arms would most likely be replaced with working ones. You could have a sling that you keep your hand slot with no_drop in in but that would warrant a medical visit. This mainly only works for the waist down disabled and would be a type of addition I'd like to see. I don't think we have anything like this, nor do I know what happens if someone spawns with a missing leg. Tell me what you think either way

Slime blood was light blue if I recall. Someone should make them bleed their body color instead, that would be cool. Can I comment on why you have to slip every time you go over a slippery substance? Why can't you be so robust that it transcends the RNG and you just fast-travel across?

I never understood why. Both posibrains and MMIs can have feelings, but when put into borgs or an AI core they lose that ability? If you're bothered I can start adding a new 'personality' law. It's why I really dislike borgs and why I don't always play as them. AIs in practice don't always have this limitation and I'm sure there's an IC reason for it. Borgs on the other hand are in every term "slaved" to their AI and human overlords. I imagine them being the cheaper alternative to crew members due to this. The brains interface with the hardware but the hardware itself interfaces back performing major restrictions and following their lawset. It's why I wanted a cyborg 2.0 frame that didn't do this sort of thing but IPCs were made so I never saw that coming. Personality laws are a little finicky I want to say. Yeah they'll work but it's more of an excuse unless done correctly. It would best be used in interaction with others rather than a general personality. "You are now the mother of the station's crew" is one such example I would put out there. I guess it just depends how it's made

Oh come on! Ciri (my pAI character) is great! She's fun and cute and quirky and super murderboney a great companion in general and will do whatever her owner tells her to do. [spoiler2]She's also my main source of karma and my goto if I don't want any responsibility in a round at the time[/spoiler2] Carded AIs that are treated as pAI shouldn't break RP in my opinion unless they are programmed with a certain personality. Like that one round where there were about six additional AIs and they were all a dysfunctional family, but I guess that's up to debate. I don't know. Dealing with robots that are, well robotic I'd think you'd deal with AIs that are just artificial intelligences and just that. Intelligence. Still, debatable

Depending on how and if this is an HTML game, of which I know nothing about, I would imagine it more like a "stop the bar in the right spot" game than a spam-click game. That's my take though, not sure if possible

Offtopic: Can someone make a guide on laptops? I barely have a clue as to what you can do with them and its sounding like there's a lot more that can be done with them

Run your own Pokemon SS13 server and I'll play it. Every once and a while at least. I'd like to see how far this will go. I see no reason why you can't use those sprites. At least not as a base and edit over them to be more suiting.

That could work. The Gateway does take, what, five minutes to warm up? Also you shouldn't expect any deads to be in the Gateway room which you would supposedly enter from, sans station power to return maybe. That will make a decent amount of load when the Gateway is accessed however, unless the dead spawning is active as players enter before the Gateway is accessed. The load would then idealy be spread out through the round. Another idea. Bloodied items. More load but more details added. Just an after though, you know seeing that the whole station will be covered in blood anyways

Whenever or not this is coded in or being worked on, I'd rather the harvester put the organs in baggies instead. We have cyro ziplocks, right? Need to keep those lungs away from that liver. Also, easy peasy brain extraction. Might be more fun than cutting off their head!

I remember reading this when it was first posted. I can only imagine myself being "Huh..." I have no idea what to think of this or how it could be feasibility coded. Can someone spitball this with ideas on how it would be coded? You know, if you aren't busy selling your soul to please the BYOND gods working really hard at making this game awesome
