You do realize that security is pretty much the equivalent of a mall cop, correct? Ehhh. Less "Mall Cop" and more like those corporate security firms/Security Guards you see at businesses an shit Sec literally is corporate security. And this mall cop thing? I remember this being an issue before.

I don't see how it favours antag play compared to non-antag. Sucking station airless for example allows both antag and non-antag IPCs walk around. Same goes with tator virologist IPC who releases a death virus. IPC traitor needs just couple of laser shots in the head and it's game over. And personally, i have never seen someone fielding an ion rifle against an IPC traitor.

I think the balance is fine. IPCs are easy to heal, no need to eat, they need no air, can handle space pretty well, can walk around during a rad storm and viral infections. EMPded and that they take less damage before falling apart is just fair compared to the buffs they have.

I have seen couple of proper trials, the thing with those is that they are a such a pain in the ass to try to organize. You need the magistrate, HoS, people involved in the case, detective to present evidence, lawyer. If there is a situation when there for example is a traitor that has been caught and is about to be trialed, it is almost quaranteed that other traitors are raising hell somewhere else. Trials are a hassle. And also, trials are reserved for people who have committed capital crimes. If you are being perma'd or executed for legit no reason and trying to sort it out IC is not working, you can always Ahelp it.
