Fucking hell, I was the Head of Security that round. Being a noob to security, and then misclicking to make yourself the HoS is one hell of a mistake. I enjoyed that shit though, actually being the boss of someone is fun, and I enjoyed it a ton. To keep it relevant, I'll post an image of the OOC from that round. Playing around with OOC colours is !!FUN!!.

Honk Party. Shrieking Vox Party outside the NTReps house. Expanded view. The vox party was my second time as Security ever. It was a fucking memorable round. Honk Party was afterwards, and was my third time as Security, and it happened on the escape shuttle.

I've never done a Pathfinder campaign, but I'd colour me interested.

Never been Blueshield, or HoS, but It'd make sense to have something like this. That, and its useful as hell.

I like what Keroman has suggested. For every power above a set limit, you gain a new debuff. The more powers you have, the stronger the debuffs get. I think that acts as a way to balance it out. Let's hear your opinions on this.

Everything which I wanted to say has been said, but I'm casing my support in favor of CMO, since, as has been said, Genetics doesn't effect Science, but it helps Medbay a ton. Having one boss, clears the issue of conflict between the CMO and the RD, of a geneticist not doing his job, and just powergaming.
