This is something was that removed two years ago and it was a bug, but it was so much more then that. What you could do was if you targeted your mouth you could, with a sharp object like a shard of glass, cut you head clean off. Now that seems like the end of that but oh no, the thing is you didn't die right away you could walk around and even walk for a good 30 seconds, which seems great by it's self, but in those 30 or so seconds if you got into a cryo it would heal everything. You wont get a new head but a perfectly healthy stub were that head was, and you could walk around and walk with no adverse health effects. I'm pretty sure you could even wear hats. I mean if you can become a skeleton you should be able to walk around headless again. Bring back the headless heads
