What this is: This is a small, inoffensive antag to make civilians more fun and to give the Customs Officer something to do.
What is it: There is a 1/10 to 1/30 chance that, upon arriving at the station, you spawn with some harmless contraband (Like a box of space drugs or blueprints of some kind). Your goal is to smuggle it to the shuttle without being caught. This could apply to just civilians, or to all roles.
Win conditions: Have the item still in your possession when the shuttle is called or the round has ended.
Failure conditions: Do not have the item still in your inventory when you leave. Or if you die.
These can spawn at any time, during any round. They are supposed to be non-confrontational roles, and it states so when the task is assigned to you.
They're not fully antagonistic, but they provide players a good reason not to want to comply with security without resorting to violence.
