  2. just talking about Clone Memory Disorder is pointless. things like, cloning that take shorter then surgery operations is, being detective and taking autopsy is way to easy, chemistry is way to powered for medic and for antag, security don't have any time to do any kind of paperwork how much they are busy metapatroling around, captain can call the shuttle when ever he feel bored, IA/Magistrate/CC combo to help in accident and mistakes is dead system that I does not work at all, and everything that takes to much time makes people bored and anoyed. And this is just few things that gives you the feeling why is Clone Memory Disorder stupid idea. This is full metapowered server, with zero RP, you cant achieve nothing here with RP, Clown is only thing that is making some RP on this station.

  5. Tully, this right here is what we are trying to making solutions for, if you think that this is insignificant and pointless, and paradise law is perfect for you, then we got nothing to talk about anymore, just close the tread.
  6. In my opinion office's of Magistrate and Nanotress are not used very often or not situated very well. But what if we make combination of this two with IA office together with security. Department's who will unite to work fast, be always active, and same like HoP doing paper works on job change, security should always do short paper works for prisoner's and all unusual things on station but in logbook kind of way. Ex: Time/event/location 12:15 explosions (science) 12:22 John Tider assault/theft (bar) And in should all go to that big mix overseer department. That we have good control of critical points of station, behave of crew, and that we know what is going on that they know what is best thing to do next. And with this, -IA should have easy way to handle the complains. -Magistrate and Nanotress should know on where to focus on, and sometimes they will find time for some small issue's like " Security in wrongful repossession ".
  7. He is being sarcastic because one lawyer with a cc or magistrate or representative (who show up barley every 10 rounds) can't do work. When sever goes over 100 population we can not blame security for not having patience with a prisoners (in any kind of way) and one lawyer with magistrate just dont cut it. there should be big security overseer department, some kind of "Ministry of law and justice". That will have power over everything, and also always willing to discuss about problematic issues.

  11. Security is not always fair and i want you to face it. They don't follow law timer and sometimes they do whatever shit they like, like i had ended up in perma for burning monkey. Security should be lot bigger department, witch will have staff who will observe details. We need more jobs in there I wanted to make tread that will stop all crap happening. What we got so far, but still not working well. 1.The staff in power like representative who will be always there to observe details. 2.IAA who will be able to observe crime activity and help representative or CC to tell what is going on. 3.Brig psychiatry who will talk to prisoners (maybe silly suggestion but is still social what is need, and beather then doing nothing in medbey) We need things going perfectly here to stop injustice.   13. I see civilians do that often every round, some ideas seam to drastic for me, and i am never really sure what is all this shit about. What is going on? How much harmful can we be? what I have notice. ex: person get in brig, and because it is legal to escape from prison, you can go now full rampage killing to get out, and I saw that. Yes it is hard, but still legal.
  14. why would anyone like to go to medbay, where they put you in to sleep and you can just pray that you will get good doctor that is healing you less of half round time. I guess you never have been sleeping all round in the medbay, and prety much all changeling and vampires are mostly there.

Money can be easy nerfed and balanced, but I always had question, if this game supports civilan life, like going to bar, makeing some crazy things around the station, why not have near cargo, something totally the same like cargo, where they will ask you for money and not for reason. And same near R&D and chemistry. It does not have to be near, it can be one shop who is connected to others. And the staff who would work in there should be " businessman " or just cargo guy I dont care. But for start, we should add documentation's, to see who is buying what, and how much, to avoid abuse of dangerous thing, and also that security can be informed. Prices ups and downs. Eventually it will work.

  18. 1. Ore Redemption spam is annoying, is it really needed, even bartender receive that messages, at least remove that red signal. First signal is ok, but signaling after each material, machine basically turns in to spam. 2.when person is charged for something it should be able to be written on CELL CONTROL like notes, that other security member can see it. 3.there is no wood to order over cargo/usually botanists don't work with it. 4.can there be buckled up option when you are under chair the same as we got unbuckled 5.examination room change to psychiatry room because scanners and sleepers do all the job, and poor psychiatry apartment if to far of reach for people to come over and talk to psychiatrist. 6.need floor collectors or floors tiles should be collected automatically when you hold one tile, that we don't need to collect all hundreds of them with each click, it is so boring 7.it is not possible to put cigarette in ashtray

    Well we already have Biomehanical witch is pointless because it is not bigger then attaching someone's robotics legs or arms, and I think it perfectly fits for this job. For now it can be used that we finally have someone who have time implanting all this mechanical implants in to people, that almost none have time to, and later it can be done to implant more things you mentioned and playing with organs, but only after they code it.
  21. there was same suspicious attitude when they where suggesting chem test lab, it was enjoying at start because everyone wanted to test something, and it was disaster every time, but eventually all admins stop care about and accept that chemical disasters should happened in there, today it is showed up like a good thing to have it. And it did reduced random chem tests around the station. Most people have urgent need to test things of the game. We got Bomb test, we got chem test, now we need manhunt test.This should also reduce incompetent antag gameplays, and finally reduce shitcuirtnes behave, like "first stun, cuff and then talk (but mostly they don't talk at all, they just stuff you in to cell)" , because they are so afraid of some action. And, yes there is this rage shitcurity who just play like cowboys and if you give them bad look or attitude they will give you with batton and in cell 10 minute, because they are so hungry for some manhunting, and yes!, I almost forget validhunters. I think you see what is my point here, people are hungry for some killing and we need to take care of that. Meanwhile that hunger will stop eventually and it will feel like, not something special.
  22. I dont like it, we had that, it end up lowering populations even more then it should. But if you observe 100 people from start of round, you will always notice 40 civilians are there, one half of them are job changing or doing some graytide fun things or what they like, but the other half of 20 is what worry's me, they are like exploring thing, They are like, Uhh, How do I take this, how do I use this, is this a weapon, let's see can I destroy this window near space airlock, now let's see what will happend, Is it possible i kill something with it. And then admins are like, do I really have to explain every stupid thing in the game to everybody? I will rather give you ban and discuss when I am in better mud. And after that most of them a rather ghosted or testing the limit's of gray tide freedom until they got a ban, or they just stay in bar in hope that will something happened until they are bored to death. Now imagine when we got 120-130 pep in game. So my suggestion is that you make this new job, "survivors" witch don't have any rules and extrication's and obligations to be followed because they are far from station and if someone is to bored it can freely join them but hardly to come back. I can talk more about this, but maybe is to risky. Yes, there would be plenty of murderboning, and yes space is dangerous, people out side of organized community are in danger, and it should be, but when people ghost out, they will say, I think I will play civilan next round to avoid this rage clustery. if someone's see potential, i can discuss more. I did not see much solutions about this problem, but someone has to start.
  23. The most problems are coming from graytider or beginners, who does not know the basic rules of game, like don't kill if you are not antag, don't do huge damage to station. Sometimes you dont need antags and events how much problems they do. And then admins start to change things, start to nerf things in the game, or get rid of it or hide the server.
  24. Graytideing is not my problem, is not about that, you guys are still very far from thematic, you don't read other discussions, complains and ban appeals. Admins already destroyed few parts of game in last years and is going worse. There is gona be big change because ban appeals just keeps on rising.
