Yea it was hilarious. Both for the fact that its a true 'ss13 moment' where refusing someone a drink gets you a face full of incendiary rounds and the sudden unexpected shock of it. He was an antag for that round as well. (At least I think 'hope' he was).

This happened in a round earlier on today. I was the QM as Rsik, and it was late in the shift. Decided to head to the bar with Rioz (who was a shaft miner) to chill for a bit. Came into the bar to find it mostly empty, so we helped ourselves behind the counter. As we were getting our drinks, Bubbles, the clown, came up to the bar, asking for a glass of banana juice. Rsik being Rsik, who despises clowns, tells him that clowns are barred, and his request is denied, in true quartermaster fashion. The clown shouts, "YOU DENY MY BANANA JUICE!!!" and takes out a pistol loaded with incendiary rounds and proceeds to shoot both me and Rioz with the intent to murder. We ended up getting shot with about 5-7 bullets between us before the clown does a legger into maints, fleeing from security. So yea, don't deny a clown his banana juice... Even though Rsik will every time, despite the risks...

Found the PDA server again while out in space... Decided to have me some fun by sending a message to Captain Thali and making it look like HoS Eric Graf, had sent it... Hilarity ensues!

You know the problem with Moghes? Is that there is lizards everywhere... Smiles as Navera Reach get's whacked over the head from behind Nighty night!

Only if you brig yourself in there with me... Lyn, Whisper, "What the hell are you doing Rsik?" Rsik, Whisper, "Trying to make them awkward as hell, get ready!"

O yes... very high on meth right now... Plus, we replaced all your slugs with donuts. So unless you're planning to launch sugary treats at us, best you turn around and pretend you didn't see anything. Here's a few creds. Go buy yourself an ice-cream...

Being tortured by a child-like demon while two others watched on helplessly is not how I pictured my day...

I'm struggling to remember what that might be in reference to... ?

So... I was playing around with a pda server I found in a super secret location... I sent the captain a pda message pretending to be a CC Officer concerning details about a surprise visit. After this, I sent him a message from the NT Rep Sihsse Zsak (by simply putting in his name/title, etc) and I just let the magic happen. The first message at the top is from me, the rest after that is from the rep himself.

Somewhere in deep space, three Unathi are at the mercy of a twisted admeme nukie... This was a fun round... Rsik (me) had gone out exploring sector 9 with Emerson Hawker. We found the old unathi gas chamber ruin... pretty grim stuff. Emerson said he was going to stay behind and have a long snooze (ssd). Warned him against it, but he insisted. He ended up putting on a straight jacket (don't ask) and going to sleep. Off I go on my merry space adventures, although I said I'd check up on him later. Sometime later in the round, I receive this rather mysterious message... I had a sense of dread that something bad had happened to Emerson... I fly back out and I notice that suddenly there is power to the place. The airlocks are bolted, but even more alarming is the syndicate pod parked outside... Unable to open the airlock, I rush back to get a multitool, and enlist the aid of Slith and Asrair after saying over coms that I think Emerson is in trouble. All three of us ready and in two pods between us, we rush back out. When we get there, there is a lizard skin outside the airlock that wasn't there before... Atmos has its fun with us as we attempt to get inside, as we do, we see a Syndicate Nuclear Operative sitting calmly behind a desk, a Tajarra called Kesrin Hadii. He wasn't holding Emerson captive, but he found it funny all the same to play mind tricks with us. Emerson was awake at this stage, and we fetch him, bringing him back to the station. Slith decided to stay behind however... After dropping off Asrair, myself and Emerson headed back to pick up Slith. This is where things go a bit wrong... Turns out Slith was a bit silly and tried to slip up the nukie. He got himself put in a straight jacket. That's when we all suddenly started to get a bit brave thinking we could robust this operative... Slith grabbed him on the sly, while I slapped a pair of cuffs on him. Unfortunately he had a freedom implant, soon as he was loose, he started shooting disablers at everyone. I took out my retro laser, pew pew... I managed to catch the operative with a few hits but I go down after a few exchanges of lethal fire. And that's how we all became prisoners of a unathi hating kitty... Cheers to Guilty for making that a fun round!

Lyn, Asrair, Emerson and Rsik... Was meant to be a simple teleport to the DJ station, but a certain SOMEONE got the z-level wrong...

Love the idea. Round start only, and have it cost higher karma, probably around 15-25 or so. I think language like "they wouldn't not be given a license to grief and under normal circumstances attacking Crew or Security would only be when such an action could result in their freedom." Too vague and open to interpretation, leading to the role being abused as a mini-antag. Simply have them obey normal crew rules, which basically means they can still try to break out of perma, etc, along with stealing ID's and such, no more different than say greytiding for example. Definitely sounds like a good idea. Also encourages the warden in performing their duties on extended rounds, since perma is often empty on such rounds. Well, sometimes at least... I do hope this gets implemented and doesn't get forgotten about. Having them spawn with a 'notice' from cc telling/informing them of their rights (which they have none) along with general SOP concerning their status on the station could help avoid confusion with the role as well. Another idea is to include them into traitor objectives. A traitor might be tasked with freeing the convict from perma for example.

This, so much... ^^ Another thing is, some people have issues against authority, just because they are authority. And a lot of that can end up being soaked into how they play, how they interact with security, when it shouldn't.
