  1. Any greentext is a greentext in my book!
  2. That vox there looks like an Auralis, which are possibly even bigger than the Armalis, still love it.
  3. Yup, a one use doodad that lets them preview the layout, then confirm it, after which point further changes to the layout would have to be done the old fashioned manual way.
  4. lol, would be kind of funny but it wouldnt so much be a computer terminal itself, but be more akin to the little doodad the CE gets to choose the engine, the CE uses it to preview engine types, selects the engine and then the doodad poofs away. The concept for the bar layout changer would be similar, one little doodad, preview your selections, then once its confirmed it poofs away.
  5. So this idea popped into my head last shift and i can't seem to find a template to follow for submitting suggestions, but it's more or less this: Suggestion: What if the bartender had the option to select the layout of the bar from a pre-designed list of layouts, much like the holodeck they could select the layout, preview it, then confirm it, which would lock them out from future changes of that type, and would instead require normal tools and materials to make further changes like normal. This would allow the bartender to save time on getting the bar looking different from its usual layout shift to shift and make it less static. It could make use of already existing systems such the engine selector, where say the bartender starts with this little doodad and the bars doors bolted, uses that to preview the layout, and then confirm it, and then once that's done it removes itself and the bar unlocks. As for the layouts themselves, they could be submitted by players for review, each design would of course need to account for pre-existing things such as the disposals lines and slot machines, unless the slot machines can be removed/placed via the holodeck method This was the layout that inspired this concept, as the bar itself now works in tandem with the kitchen, compared to separately "We never did finish the upper area"
  6. Justa nice calm shift of extended with no massive explosions, fireballs, or daemons. Few animal attacks, but i'll still call that peaceful considering what we coulda had. Just chilling in the custom Vox bar with our Kin Bartender Tokorizo, our Kin chef Songiki and me on stage playing music with all kinds of Vox kin and visitors enjoying the atmosphere. A great shift
  7. I dono, that argument could be made for normal security to for the removal of the sec hardsuits in general"If there's a need for security to wear a space protection suit, there are plenty in EVA" Security is the force you really would think would have proper equipment, their not military but 2 hardsuits always did seem low, and in the event of a complete cascade failure throughout the station, the HoS having their own hardsuit within their own office that is almost guaranteed to be there, decreases the chances of coordination failure.
  8. It does make a form of sense though for them to have their own HS, while yes their job isn't to be fighting people in space, in the event of an emergency a guaranteed hardsuit in their office keeps them alive longer to continue to coordinate the security forces.
  9. Id bet they can play Doom 2016 to, which means...if a IPC syndie ever gets that orange chainsaw, they can blast this on their rampage!
  10. They say all one could ever need know, can be found within the stars. To learn its secrets, you just need to look hard enough, squint your eyes, and the truth of the universe itself, shall be revealed.
  11. Thats great, can spot its even in the dorms to right next to the pool
  12. Thats awesome, i've seen Punkiki around, the name and green quills in a mohawk were a dead giveaway to their character My headcanon theme for them based on that image, with the first 20 seconds being the backing to a montage of them gearing up before heading out to fight the power
  13. The Vox Rox Cafe: If its Vox, you know it Rox We had alot of fun with this, to the point none of us realized there was a cult in full swing until they called for an early evac
  14. I feel like the hud would be a starter thing, the other departments have huds for far more important things, so it wouldn't make sense to limit the dirt hud to an RnD thing unless it was say a Night vision variant
  15. Because they wanted to have one Duck of a Tale to tell!
  16. Captain ducky and their second in command Sgt.Quackers
  17. No...no i'm not, but thanks for checking!
  18. Random eh? My cat loves to get in the way at the worst of times, and to prove it My endlessly in the way cat when she wants something will not move until I A. get it what she wants or B. move her out of the way, where she promptly moves back and awaits A to be completed. Repeat ad nauseum
  19. At least it's also not coughing up bubblegum to, small miracles
  20. Right? No welderbombs, no flashbangs, just one guy who shouted "SOMEBODY SHOOT SOMTHING! MAKE IT INTERESTING!" My personal favorite shot of the ones I took of this was this one No chat bubbles, no mess minus roosters whisky, just a community of people all getten together with their various characters with their own stories to be told and experienced
  21. Ohhhh, ground up plasma dust IV bags for plasmamen, Vox blood for vox encouraging Vox blood drives, uhhh...plant food for Dionah? ( I honestly have no idea what they have), with regular oxygen carrying bloods being usable by the oxygen using species
  22. I mean the art is already done, as when a vox gives blood the bag is blue, personally id be for this
  23. I imagine when security shows up to ask some questions, this plays out
  24. That was friggin great. The stories told, that few get to see, the Hitman 2: SA OST was a nice touch and fit quite well
