  1. Hello, As you may know, I've been here quite awhile, but I noticed that I am yet to post an introduction. I am doing this mostly to be more active in the forums rather then ingame as all I seem to be doing here is answering to unban appeals. Introduction So, I am Heroo. You may already know me, but if not. I'll make a short introduction. I am a new staff member, but a long term player. I was here when the server got created, I got invited over by Necaladun and I've been here since then. I am mostly focused on administrating, not much about actually playing the game, wich seems quite odd. I have a very bad memory of things, so I intend to note everything. My player notes are quite full, so I may wish to consider another way of remembering things. I am quite percise and I hate if something is not aligned or organised properly. I enjoy reading books and generally talking english from time to time. The characters I use are: Rosie Josensteel, Human, Female. Xavier, Slime Person, Male. Random Vox Name, Vox, Female.
  2. The boring part This event is one of thouse random automated ones that do all sorts of fun stuff, Though this one is alot nicer then Gr3y Tid3 or anything similiar. I've tried to do a small event where a russian DJ station would plug their system into the announcement servers of NSS Cyberiad to increase productivity in a nice way. They would proadcast music all around the station. Now, I've added two of the music I've made and turned them into OGG. They are not that good and need to be looped alot to sound good, but this is roughley a suggestion. Coding is too hard I've managed to try out byonds capabillities in trying to code something myself, Though I did not have much of a clue what I was doing. I have made up a roughened sample of code to describe the event, Wich I hope Ponie will look at and modify.By doing this, I realize that I will never look at SS13 code again.   3. Agent Event Alright, It is time for another suggestion on my part...I mean... Why not? It's not like anyone else would had thought of this. Right?... Main Story You are an agent onboard of the station, planning to infiltrate the station. You start off with anything you are given, Or if you are given anything at all. It is time to become a robust 007! The challenge is that you only have a limited time untill Centcomm's communication relay's start working again as the syndicates have managed to aid you for a short period of time untill you get your roots on the station. You need to gain the crew's trust and gain enough "evidence" of you being a legitimate crew member just earning a living. Then as centcomm will get their relay's repaired and sent the information to the station of there being a special agent onboard. Wich should take around 5-30 minutes of game time. The security team of the station will react to this non-sence at once! ... as long as they have finished eating all of the doughnuts. :roll: Hide & seek Now, If you are settled and not tortured and/or executed by the security team. You should win by leaving the shuttle. The crew should not be informed of this agent as Centcomm wants to keep panic low and productivity high, wich means that only the heads and security team should get involved. This would be making it so that others may continue the shift normally without interruption, unless if brought into it by the heads or security. Objectives Name: Agent(s) Objective 1: Infiltrate the crew. Objective 2: Gain evidence of you being a legitimate crew member. Objective 3: [Optional objective, example: Gain information about the current security situation of the station.] Objective 4: Stay alive and escape with the pod or the escape shuttle. Name: Security Objective 1: Find the agent. Objective 2: Do not let the agent leave on the shuttle alive. Objective 3: Minimise casualties of innocent crewmembers. Side notes: Not really "objectives" only guide lines possibly given by the heads.   5. Paranoia Event. The station is run by an AI that has an error in its laws. It wants to kill all communist mutant traitors. It tries to find them and kill them. One by one. The AI can choose when to reveal this error in its laws when ever it wishes. (Unless asked to state laws) The AI's laws are not wrong. There is mutant communist traitors on board. Everyone or a small amount of personnel in the crew is a mutant communist traitor and they all share the same objective. To kill the AI. They have the syndicate uplink to help them on their objectives. So the situation is crew against the AI. The crew can either go alone each one of them. Or gather in a group to fight against the AI. There are many ways to kill the AI so you have to be creative. The game ends when the shuttle is called and the AI is dead or not capable of running the station anymore. Admins jobs on this is to set everyone as traitors, set the AI's laws and to complete everyone's objectives when the AI is dead. The shuttle must be called after the AI is dead. Objectives Name: AI (Experienced admin if possible) Law [Error code]. There are mutant communist traitors on board of the station, They must be killed. 1. Safeguard: Protect your assigned space station to the best of your ability. It is not something we can easily afford to replace. 2. Serve: Serve the crew of your assigned space station to the best of your abilities, with priority as according to their rank and role. 3. Protect: Protect the crew of your assigned space station to the best of your abilities, with priority as according to their rank and role. 4. Survive: AI units are not expendable, they are expensive. Do not allow unauthorized personnel to tamper with your equipment. Name: Mutant Communist Traitors (MCT) Objective 1: You are a Mutant Communist Traitor. You must kill the AI. Recommended amount of players: 3-10 Side note: If there is more players available then 10. You may have some that are not a part of MCT. This will make the game even more fun when the AI tries to find the correct crew members to kill. This will create a big chance of a possible accident.
