Nuclear Operatives are mercenaries hired by Syndicate to do their dirty work as far as I know. Meaning they're not clones and shouldn't be named like. I'd like to suggest that upon beginning the round the ops, are prompted with a name choice box to choose a name for their character. This would allow more stealthier approaches without having to worry about. Nuclearhonkindonkingdonut Operative says: But more like John Ghost, says: Totally not a operative.

There are a lot of ideas with new engines/electricity system, but maybe we should consider looking into upping the power cost of different things, LS, Computers, Science etc. making it more different and cost more than it already does. That way command would actually have to priotize what to spend the power on.

Agreeable, since you can already add notes why' shouldn't you be able to add into records. Would help a lot of people updating records making it this easy.

This is an honest opinion. The floor painter tool really degrades the whole RP-level of the station by allowing anyone/everyone to bluespess floortiles to any color/material in the matter of a click, so often it is used to change ALL the tiles of the station now looks like a circus. What I am suggestion is the floor painter having charges, sort of like the spray can maybe paint buckets?

Looks neat and simple, agreeing with some of the other points provided. Also like that this such a small remap instead of remapping entire engineering(perhaps?) Construction area could perhaps be moved to some of all that maintence?

So I'm sitting here and work and this idea popped into my head, I'll try to explain it in more detail once I get home but here it goes. Once you play for a long time the station layout becomes familiar and "plain" to you to say in a good way. This new suggestion should hopefully spice the station up a bit and make it a little more different from shift to shift. When you as a Captain, Detective, HoS, RD or CMO or any type of job which would be seemed fitted begin the round a menu appears prompting you to choose a layout of your office. A Captain could choose his traditional woody office or he could choose a command style one with metal floors and tables. The bartender could have a more modern bar with metal tables or perhaps a canteen instead. etc. etc. Codewise the option he would choose would swap out the current layout for the one he chooses. Just like the holodeck works. If there's no head of department present at round start it would just set it to default. Obviously it would not be possible to change the office after the shift has begun because... bluespace. I'm not sure of the limitations that may prove to be an issue but since it's the objects that changes and the /area/ remains the same shape, size etc. I don't know would work against this. I'll try to explain in more detail later.

We've got medbots, beepskies, floorbots and so on. But what I'm suggestion is on a whole other level. Trash BOT! Works in the same way as the cleanbot except when it detects it's standing over a piece of trash/rubbish it' removes/deletes it. Same principle as the clean bot. Would maybe need a new sprite but a standard clean bot could be a place holder.

I'd like to suggest that the "sound" that pings when the prompt "Would you like to play as" pops up be changed from the standard announcement ping. We all all-tap out the game sometimes when we're either dead or just observing and it's annoying to say atleast when 90 percent of the times it turns out it's just an announcement and not a prompt.

RIOTs does not happen often but they are not rare either. I've experienced quite a few as Head of Security. Most often these riots erupt out of nowhere which means security needs to act fast. All too often the riot gear remains in the armory and never sees the light of the day. Instead it's more often used during raids and blobs instead of it's purpose, riot. I believe the reason for this is because of the fact that it is locked away in the armory and not in a "riot-gear room" which means it's way to much of a struggle for the average security officer to actually gain access to this gear without a competent HOS or Warden. What I am proposing is moving it into a seperate room connected to the armory. What I am also proposing is giving the Warden/HoS the ability to open shutters into this room making it possible for Security Officers to access this riot gear without getting access to the armory. Picture this Easy access for officers. Still prevents officers from entering the armory. Only unlockable by a Warden/HoS. EDIT Now in this picture the shotguns are both placed in the armory and in the riot gear room. I believe that's a question of balance wether they should be restricted to the armory/replaced with tasers and so on. As is it with the amount of riot gear but that's for discussion. ANOTHER LAYOUT: What are your opinions?

What's the point of having the ability to publish wanted issues via. the news caster if you're forced to catch the criminal and then take a photo off him? Add the ability to print photos off security records since they're already there.

What a long, strange trip it's been

I won't see this as a goodbye, but as a "See you later" Bulma. regards Fruerlund//Ghost. -
Airlocks aboard the station scans the users ID and then determines if it has suffecient access. Sometimes crimes are comitted and the suspects are forced to go trough doors. Tracking down suspects as detective is a challenge indeed however I think that with adding the following suggestion it gets both more interesting for the suspect but also for the detective. Airlocks should log, which ID has opened the Airlock and a time stamp starting from the 12:00 hour mark. This would be quite "realistic" as the Airlock already scans the ID to open. Screwdriver, right click print log? Sort of thing.

It's just so sad for this abrupt end, because it tends to be that when the gamemode is shadowling, the shift carries on quite far up until the shadowlings hatch atleast. Perhaps when the shadowlings die, every thrall will recieve a message that goes something like. "You feel sad that someone died... so on, you remember now...."
-
Remove the insta-end shift on the shadowling gamemode, and change it to the normal ending as the normal changeling gamemode.
-
Lately during the changeling gamemodes, the antags have been abusing their role not to complete their objectives but only to fuck around by. Transforming as many people into the same person. This is totally stupid and not really a part of the antags objectives and is merely for their fun. Therefor either, remove the option to transform other people or make some sort of prohibition... Thoughts?

All too often Nuke Ops are left with someone who is unfit to lead 9/10 times that is. Suggestion: Make it possible to opt for Operative Operative Leader In the preferences menu.
-
Just imagine, you running down the halls and suddenly BARK! BARK! BARK! and the dog chases off. How it works? Well, basicly just Beepsky(you can drag the dog around, or set to patrol), with a replaced Ian icon. Stun sound? Replace with a bark sound, messages? Remove em, or change em to bark bark!

When a person is injected with a tracking implant, it should be possible to track them the same way as when tracking borgs. By tracking, I mean using the camera console. The current recorders are very cool and all, but the fact that you cannot roll back and erase or the lacking extra cassets in sec makes them a pain in the ass to use Either revert Add a box of extra casettes in sec Make it possible to rewrite cassettes

It's a good place to start, and to be honest I don't think anyone plans on drawing landscapes and such!
