GMT+0 Morning-Noon I get a regularly ahelped about being unable to join from brand new players because all the open slots of karma/time-locked and all the civ slots are locked down. Civ is also the job slot I recommend mid-round to newbies who just want to learn how the communit and mechanics work without pissing people off. And security needs something to do on slow rounds, anyway.

I like the look of the sprite on its own, but when it's put next to SS13 assets it looks... off. Like it should be in hyper light drifter. I can't quite place exactly why it doesn't fit.

Honestly I think you should just make a rainbow of magboots, one for each jumpsuit colour. Then just make the magboot's colour toggleable or crayon-able or washable. Otherwise you have to make one for every department. Though these sprites do look really nice.

I'm fine with the Prison's security. My issue is, there is absolutely no interaction between Prisoner and Sec at all beyond foiling prison breaks or medical. The Prison can make shoulder holster, tool belts, etc and the Prisoners should be making these things for sec. It gives opportunity for interaction and manipulation. Issue is, the Prison is so secluded that often times; Prisoners are so forgotten about that they're often left stranded when the shuttle leaves.

I like sandwiches. Bacon and Cheese Sandwiches for breakfast. Those junk plates people leave behind when eating spaghetti are useful too. You can combine disparate parts into a legitimately delicious sounding and filling meal. For example, combining eggs, bacon and fries on a plate will make an eggs-bacon-space fries meal, which you can the rename to something more appealing with a pen.
