Captain O'kay, is losing his shit and wants, at the least, for Sec to reduce its Cause:Solve problem ratio to at least 1:1. The Warden is slow and sluggish to respond and has been robusted in prison once. There are two officers in processing, one is arresting the clown for running around with a syndi toolbox, another officer is screaming down radio 'for the tenth fucking time why is the Chaplain set to arrest' the Brig Phys is in full riot gear ready to 'provide medical support in the field'. Your third officer has been brought to you, cable-tied by a greyshirt and the chaplain 'for tasing everybody in science''. Your fourth officer has been decent in the past, but he's "sick of this shit" and just stays in the bar because he's tired of the confusion and shittiness. Detective lost his revolver to a botanist on meth and went SSD. R&D is up and running but pissed at you, cargo is being held hostage. For the purposes of this scenario, cryo and/or committing suicide aren't an option. (what should I have done and how did I even let it get this bad)

quite frankly, the experimentor is a broken feature and contributes very little. It has some niche uses like spawning nymphs or cleaning foam for the crew; or teleporting and EMP for antags. Other things like the rampaging animals and the bomb are designed to just kill you.

Nah. We don't want EMP or rampaging monster objects remotely triggerable or... worse. On a timer.

In order of priority: #1: Re-implement the advanced stun revolver BANG noise. I don't care that it's an energy weapon. I want my gun shot sound back. Like. Legit if this was the only change that came out fo this topic, i'd consider it a win. #2: Add disablers to it. I'm not going to fight to the death to this addition since I presume there must be a reason why it's just a taser and a laser; but given my latency, terrible aim and the fact disablers can keep people at bay when running from danger; disablers seem logical. I'm not really convinced that the blueshield not having disablers really discourages redshielding, if that's the reason. If it's so it doesnt compete with the AEG; then that's fair enough.

I think we can be a bit more creative with this. You could expand the civilian roles to include Training Officer, Boxer, Waiter, Pianist, Porter and Celebrity. Am I stealing from goon? Maybe.

No. Exactly like captain's medals. Assigning karma immediately grants the karma (because i have a tendency to leave karma granting to the VERY last moment) but then the feedback comes up showing the cap's medals. Robustness, Purple Heart, Distinguished conduct, etc. That'd be really neat. Then you can spend karma to have these medals spawn on you via the loadout system. I want to show everybody i'm a distinguished coroner. I want to be a bigger target for the forensically cautious!
