The encryption key just lets you listen to all radios, I'm not aware it gives you access to the Syndicate radio frequency, since I thought that's on a different radio freq rather then just being a whole new channel.

This was discussed for like 2 weeks on the Git, it wasn't the fact the teleporter was unusable, it was "The whole station itself didn't work, and the coders didn't want to fix all of it's issues". The place literally had no power in it even since the lights started to work properly, and there was no reason to keep it as only 3 jobs could feasibly go to it and return safely. If anyone made a replacement, working version that anyone could get to (Someone mused a traitor item that teleported you to it as a safe haven.), they would reimplement it.

Wouldn't that make shadowlings take twice the damage from light (as they're both a shadowperson and a shadowling)? When you hatch, you drop everything and lay down in a 3x3 cube of xeno resin (It really is, don't lie), at which you sit there until the game sets your race to Shadowling. He's proposing making you a Shadow Person during this time period I believe, so you wouldn't get the Shadowling powers but you also don't die while "hatching" while keeping it thematic.

As it is right now, the Lone Operative is an admin only spawn with 30 TC to use, with the Nuke objective and some select gear choices from what I see. I can see this being used when the antags aren't doing jack or if they all die very early. Very looking forward to it.

I would like to say that's intended so you are readily available to join the Xeno side, other wise you could just turn off the preference and wait to be cloned, leaving the Xenos high and dry in terms of numbers, but I don't know if that was the intention or not.

This isn't the fault of the server box, it's the fault of a faulty line or something with our host's internet company. However, they themselves can't fix it, and need another crew to go out and fix it, so we're stuck waiting on someone else to stop these freezes. The biggest reason we haven't done this yet is that people will crowd to the most staffed server, as evidenced by LLJK, and having staff on both servers also.

This right here is a very very bad idea, just for this line. Pulling from Deadchat with such loose restrictions, compared to Drones for example, is a recipe for disaster. The other problem with this is this turns the AI into a massive massive powergamer and Antag hunter. You would be unable to do anything at all without severely crippling the AI's movements via laws.
