Make cyborgs be able to right click and report a malfunctioning object/item on a certain tile. This would pop-up for the Engineering/Security/Relevant Department for them to check out.

Most objects and items in-game are currently the same formula: "That's a cloning console." To new players, this can be very confusing and I believe that by adding proper descriptions, it will be easier for them to understand the map and the environment better.
