This'd be a great addition, would really improve the abilities of the Detective during ling rounds, and force changelings to be a little more thoughtful when it comes to leaving husks around.

I don't really see any harm in allowing the naming of ERT characters, it's simple enough to add a rule stating you can't have the same name for your station character.

I really like this idea, cult rounds tend to devolve into Security forcefeeding people holy water for the entire shift, which isn't particularly fun on a roleplay standpoint.
