Probably because the actual Interrogation room sucks and nobody uses it, along with about 75% of the rest of the brig. The brig could really use some rebuilding from scratch, but that's just my two cents. i rarely go pass the brig medical only when running away from lord singuloth or narsei into the labor camp shuttle. Solution: Make maintenance bigger.

When you change the mode to the one that no longer makes it spaceproof, it should say "By the way, if you turn this mode on and go out of the syndicate ship, you will fucking die and none of the admins will help you or take you seriously, thus ending the round for you in five minutes and robbing you of a chance to enjoy playing as Syndicate."
