Cult is meant to be taken in nonlethally if possible but mirror shields make it so that you must use ballistics to actually take them down. Kind of weird design, that. That's my biggest issue with cult - second biggest is flag robes, but they're only really good because the shield enables them so hard. It's not even needed, that shield. Unholy water gives you stun resistance comparable to meth (or well, closer to crank). EMP spell lets you delete taser charges. Flag robes' speed allows you to dodge.

If anything IPCs are too weak still. +50% damage, of both kinds, is kind of insane considering they still got old crit. I'd honestly say they should probably at least stay conscious in crit, even if still instantly incapacitated. They're still not like humans at all. Most chemicals have no effect on them, beneficial or not, they don't need to eat, but instead drain power from the grid, they're also super easy to fix with basic tools, and don't get internal damage except for their chest, but get delimbed easily.
