Biography: Tariq Yon-Dale was born on a trading vessel in the year 2532. The child of two medical officers, young Tariq was exposed to folk of all walks of life as he hung around the on-station clinic. Early into adulthood, he become disillusioned with the career in medicine so meticulously planned out for him - performing hired labor on merchant ships with vaguely criminal and possibly illegal clientele left a bad taste in his mouth. So he left the life of unethical, crude, and unprofessional medical practices behind to live a life of unethical, crude, but professional plasma research. Now he spends most of his days attempting to formulate the perfect plasma bomb, or occasionally detonating monkeys.

Despite specializing in Plasma Research, Yon-Dale has been noted to perform duties in other departments. Experienced in a handful of medical disciplines due to his background, he's sometimes known to work on the Cyberiad Medbay as a medical doctor. He has also been seen working security, though in less combat-intense roles such as Warden and Detective. 

Even I get bored sometimes, you know.

Qualifications: 20 years plasma research.

 

Employment Records: Previously employed on numerous trading vessels and space stations. Now works for Nanotrasen as a Plasma Researcher, conducting experiments to determine the viability of plasma in a variety of practical applications including, but not limited to - explosives, flammable gases, respiration in carbon-based lifeforms, blood transfusions, lubricant, seasoning, energy, etc.

 

Security Records: No outstanding criminal record.

 

Medical Records: Respiration problems and minor lung damage from nearly lifelong exposure to plasma toxins. Yon-Dale requires a gas mask to prevent further lung damage. Despite being a Vulpkanin and covered in fur, he is very sensitive to cold and is rarely seen without a winter coat. Prolonged exposure to cosmic radiation has rendered Yon-Dale quite sensitive to Bluespace time dilation anomalies, as such he responds to things slightly slower than most people.

Personnel Photo (Appearance text): Tariq Yon-Dale is standing upright, hands behind his back as he looks into the camera with a rather intense glare. The 5 foot 11 Vulpkanin carries himself with an almost formal posture, his body language distant and almost unwelcoming. His red hair is swept back into spikes, groomed to be both formal and keep it from obstructing his vision when wearing a gas mask. His winter coat hugs his body tightly, his frame and shape almost completely obstructed by the bulky outerwear.
