Add cryogenic freezers to the solitary confinement rooms

Sometimes security officers perma brig people in solitary confinement to either protect them from other antagonists (such as vampires in permabrig) or to have revenge on the player. Freezers in solitary confinement would stop security from leaving people there until they ghost and thus are excluded from participating in the round but would not cause anything to be lost from gameplay as there is space in the cells. 

 

An alternative would be to simply rule that security aren't allowed to troll players with this tactic but a cryogenic freezer would require far less maintenance or admin involvement.

I mean the only down side to this is they will have to wait to be conscious since there is no one to wake them, but I am not against it, especially when there is no active brig physician on.
