Matped Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Admin Key: Pretty much any admin thats on mostly the european time zone. Complaint: Just how useless the admins are. Let's start off with a rev round, me and a couple of revs i had teamed up with took it very serious. When we had killed the HoS and the Captain, the crew still had no idea it was a rev round, we were doing good work and then suddenly, poof. Everyone gets magic or healing staff, and then the captain was revived by this bullshit magic and the whole station knows its a rev round now because the captain told them. So hell breaks loose because your immature admins didnt have the patience or just wanted to fuck around with whatever powers they had. And during that rev round i was killed by a fellow rev with an e sword, he beheaded me and then 2 minutes later the server suddenly drops because another admin thought it was time for a patch during the middle of the round. I admin helped this during the round and a couple of times in the next round, because im pretty sure killing a fellow rev is against the rules. Second time I have found the team to be complete fucking idiots. My character was bugged, i had just gotten new robotic legs and my character was sliding on the ground in run speed, i couldnt pick anything up and tried anything to get up and stand properly. Resting, buckling to several chairs and unbuckling etc. It took me 4-5 admin help requests before my character suddenly got up with no word whatsoever from the admin, so im not even sure if it was the admins that fixed it. ZomgPonies Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Alright, let's start picking your complaint apart: Magic during a rev round: If this happened 2 days ago, it was due to an overwhelming (80%+) server vote in favour of. If you had followed OOC you would've been aware of that. At that point all it was agreed over OOC that it was pretty much a free for all. Patching mid-round: The server going down was an actual CRASH, and I happened to take advantage of that to apply a patch, it wasn't like I just pulled the plug. Our admin team being "complete fucking idiots" for not having immediately responded to your ahelp (yet still having taken the time to fix your issue): We have a zero tolerance policy for admin abuse. I don't care how butthurt you feel right now, if I see you use those kinds of words in refering to admins again you're out the door. Overall I find this complaint melodramatic, uninformed of the actual facts and baseless. Pay more attention to what's actually going on in the server instead of living in your bubble and thinking everything that happens around you is badmins trying to specifically make your life shit. It was so stupid, it only started going bloody and murder bone when you added in the magic stuff. Patching mid round was not a fucking crash. One admin said in OOC - alright perfect time to patch, then 10 seconds after he took the server down. Your admin team is useless because I have to admin help 5 times in total for even a little bit of help with a simple bug. Overall I find your whole admin team to be circlejerking eachother and look past anything bad the admin team does. Why even make an admin complaint option in the first place when you guys aren't even gonna look into the problems. Regen Posted July 26, 2014 Posted July 26, 2014 Well, as ponies previously said, it was all announced OOC that 80%+ of the server population wanted magic added, it was something we don't do often, only on extreme rare occasion. As for your complaint, I am sorry you are not being taken seriously when you are literally calling everyone a circlejerking idiot. The fact that I had to type to them several times and still get 0 replies is just terrible from their side. If they were busy they could tell me, hold on we will fix it in a bit. Yet they just ignore my admin help messages and leave me frustrated. But it doesn't even matter anyway. I get it was written out of frustration, but to be honest, the way you guys are handling things is as if you guys are just going to assume your admins did nothing bad and just look past it. Not only is your complaint denied, but your continued insulting of the admin team after I have warned you we have a zero tolerance policy for has led to a forum and game ban.
