Reason/Backstory: Now while this name was primarily meant to create a character centered around collecting mice it does still make sense as a real name. Queen is a real given name and as long as the character's family is originally from a town or other location called "Mice" of Mice would be a proper surname.

In the end "Queen of Mice" is just too silly for the kind of atmosphere where going for here. "Queen Mice" is pretty clearly trying to do the same thing. Just because it's a "real" name, doesn't mean we'd allow it - Mike Hawk and Ben Dover and Gaylord Faggot are all real names, but wouldn't be allowed either.
