Biography:

Born on the Kidan colony of Faezh IX, Khaz'ronyx was born on the outskirts of an industrial city. NanoTransen records about his childhood or formal education are nonexistent, rather, they begin at his employment aboard a Kidan mining vessel. He was in charge of maintaining the ship's atmospheric systems.

 

It has been reported that at some point during his employment, the vessel was assaulted by pirates, which resulted in most of the crew either dead or absorbed into the ranks of the pirates. It seems that he was a part of the latter group, at least for a while, as his next recorded appearance is at a Nanotransen Recruitment office.

 

He served for 4 years aboard the NTV Duke as an atmospheric technician, however he was also formally trained in the maintenance of NanoTransen vessels aboard said ship. He was later transferred to the NCS Cyberaid, where he picked up additional engineering experience, as well as learned to operate the ship's engines.

CAFFEINE IS HIGHLY TOXIC TO KIDA, ONE CUP OF COFFEE IS IN FACT LETHAL.

The personnel photo shows a Kida that is approximately 227 centimeters (7"5') tall, weighing in at 98 kilograms (216 lbs). He has a dark brown armored carapace, as well as two large, dull yellow compound eyes. Vestigial second set of arms is barely distinguishable from the rest of his carapace.

Other Notes:

Subject is capable of speaking Sol Common, although his tone seems perpetually friendly due to the way that Kida replicate the langauge. A raise in volume seems to indicate frustration or anger. He has also learned to speak Gutter, and is fluent in his native Chittin.
