They can clean effectively without having to make trips to the recharger/janitor's closet repeatedly, but it's slow and laborious enough that they don't replace the Janitor/Janiborg altogether. Also, any chance you can make the matter decompiler eat up deceased facehugger corpses (both variants), xenos larvae corpses, used up xeno eggs, limbs (not heads or robotic limbs) and broken bottles? edit: also is soap able to clean microwaves? That being said, if it was a huge mess, the drone could stand in the middle of it, and click every tile around it to clean it up fast. Maybe both? Soap for when your cleaner runs out, or even just give them a replenishing supply of space cleaner. It's a balance matter, when the drones were new they had a normal space cleaner bottle (250 units max i think). They could clean everything and made the janitor and janitorial borgs kind of redundant. I fear that everything more as the small bottle they currently have will result in the same issue. Limbs as people may need 'em, and xeno bodies as they're actually still considered living beings. Microwaves can also be cleaned with soap now.
