HELP! Strange problem involving this forum.

This morning I was playing myst. I got it for my birthday and quite enjoy it. When I got stuck on one particular puzzle I tried to google it. Upon googling it my google chrome informed me it could not load the page.

 

reload

 

Unable to connect to the internet.

 

Check internet

 

Network 1: Internet access

 

Closes and reopens chrome

 

Tries to access reddit

 

Unable to load page. Unable to connect to the internet.

 

Tries youtube, facebook, tumblr

 

Unable to load page. Unable to connect to the internet.

 

Tries the paradise station forum

 

Site loads just fine.

 

 

Can someone explain what is going on? I'm going to turn off my computer and hope it sorts itself out by the time I get back from work.

Clear cookies, reinstall chrome ,use other browsers. If none work you might have a virus or firewall bothering that.

I noticed this forum always seems to load perfectly fine even when my sister is streaming like 3 things and it takes forever for anything else to load. This site must just be so awesome.

I tried clearing cookies, turning off my firewall and more.

 

I have since turned it off. When I get home I will turn it back on.

So, I am not a computer guy, but, isn't that just a cached version of the forum you are getting, for when your connection goes offline?

It's so fucking odd that it is only this forum though? It is hosted in Sweden, so try some other Swedish sites?

If the problem persists, try as many other sites as possible.

 

What security/adblocking software do you use? Have you had any signs of malware and whatnot lately?
