Chicako made it out fine it seems, he should be in a NT booked Hotel down on boron, at least they have that handled for me. Data storage appears to be fine even after the EMP, was able to send Chicako down planet side with some copies and some authorization codes for some trusted people. I was able to pinpoint the source of the EMP to around a seemingly baron asteroid near by. Won't be able to do anything till systems are fixed however.
