add the ability to chose characters gender when playing as a non-NPC ghost role (example: beach bum)

as of now, there is currently no way for the player to choose their gender when playing as a ghost role character, for example, if a player decides to play as a beach bum on lava land, they are not presented with the option to select their characters gender, instead, their character's gender is automatically set to male.
