Handheld Crew Monitor Handling Improvements

When using a PDA device, the player can open and interact with the item entirely from their inventory by clicking and dragging the sprite from it to their character. This is a convinient way to use the device while their hands are otherwise busy and how I almost exclusively interact with the PDA.

I would love to see this functionality applied to items like the handheld crew monitor, allowing users to be able to open and view the crew vitals information entirely from their pocket while their hands can remain free for other activities.

You can already, sort of, do this by activating the monitor and pocketing it. Though you can't directly click and drag it. It would be nice to add the functionality directly though.
