Reason/Backstory: Im going give it the shortened version, He used to be a part of the syndicate, after a year or two of being an agent he realized this is not what he wanted, he disagreed with their tactics. He fled, changed his name, and knew he wouldent be safe anywhere, the Syndicate would find him no matter where Joel go. So he when to Nanotrans and joined their station, kept he changed name because Joel knew their were rats for the Syndicate inside the station.

sorry for the late response to this, as it stands Joel is a very strange name for a vox and if you're looking to use such a name for a vox you'd have to have a pretty good reason as to why they'd have a name like that in the first place. The little bit you've included here doesn't tell me much about why they have the name or really anything of substance that I could infer why a vox would have the name Joel.

It was his first targets name, the first person he had to kill whilst being a syndicate agent. He made his name Joel to not instantly be recognized as a vox by name because vox names are very unique compared to all other species and he didn't want to that be the reason he could be traced. Also, he has it as a reminder of the things he did whilst serving for the syndicate and to never forget it.

The name goes completely against the lore for voxes, and the general feel we want for an alien race. The name review is denied - please pick a name for a Vox that fits within the lore and is suitably alien.
