Getting job banned over ic words

Brief description: got job banned over ic words

Full description of events: admins words since it sums it up well As Head of Security, attempted to cremate two crew members, one who was helping a vampire and was not checked as to see if they where a thrall, and the second was a security officer who they claimed was a changeling with minimal proof. When PM'ed did not seem to understand why they where getting in trouble for trying to cremate people like that and showed a general lack of SOP and Space Law knowledge now ok now attempet no not really um i never even got into the church or into the cremate room turns out the first person i tryed to was a changeling the 2nd person not so much i asked the captain in this round if i should or not before even trying then i went and cloned them bringing them back dieing then getting job banned

First before getting in this AC I want to say how sorry I am for not having addressed this in a timely manner, there's really no reason for things to have taken as long as they did to get a proper response to this complaint.

Now getting into the complaint here I'll start with a little background on how we expect departmental heads to act, typically we expect Heads of departments; RD, HoS, HoP, etc to act accordingly based on their role and are held to a high standard when it comes to following SoP, Space Law and the rules in general as they are instrumental to a department running properly as well as the round is functioning as designed. As the HoS or the Captain we expect those positions to uphold SoP and Space Law to a higher extent than other heads of departments due to how important is it to those roles and the security department. If a HoS is acting erratic or failing meet the standards we expect from them then there is a very high chance that an admin will end up messaging them regarding the issue(s) in an attempt to correct or fix the issue(s). During this round you or others didn't have solid proof that a cling was indeed a cling when you were insisting on having them cremated as well as a vampire thrall that you wanted to have cremated for helping a vampire, these are problematic for a HoS to be doing and suggests at not knowing the role fully and what it entails. Having said all that I believe the admin was correct for having applied the job ban. Even if it's just words people tend to follow orders and commands from those that can fire them from the department or in the case of security arrest them for breaking space law. This AC is without merit.
