Nature of complaint: misapplication of rules

Brief description (tl;dr here. Just the critical elements): Security powergamed by using WT's, aka severe overescalation, mochi said its an IC issue and refused to act.

Full description of events: around 20 minutes into the round Citrus, a syndicate, killed their target and went on the run. To my awarness no officer died ONCE and even stole the Snakesfang, the only weapon I knew they had. Security, when they had disabler SMG's, sci access (more than scientists, as they had normal scientist+robotics), 3 tranq dart boxes, shotguns + armor distributed and 4 officers (Ametrine, a newbie vox officer, a semi experienced det and acting HoS) ordered and used WT's not only on Citrus, but other antags too (which they only came to know of AFTER ordering said WT's). I didnt even know they ordered WT's until shuttle was enroute, when I saw them using it on an EOC that had just began acting.

I will start this off by apologizing for how long it has taken to getting a proper response to this AC, there's no excuse for why it has taken so long to get this handled/taken care of. I took a good look into the logs for the round to check over as much as I reasonably could so I'll start this off with a little background information that I found and find relevant to this AC, Citrus had purchased anti-stuns (adrenal implant the 3 use one), Citrus only temporarily had their snakesfang taken away from them for a limited time (about 2-3 minutes as they started the fight with it and escaped the fight from a security officer with it in their possession) and Security attempted to stun them on multiple occasions and failed to capture them due to adrenal usage. You are correct that they had not killed any security officer before or after the discovery of Citrus being an antag. As for another antag Twirl, purchased sleeping carp and had blocked disabler shots from security who attempted non-lethals. Since this was low-pop it only rolled three total antags, the last one had purchased a double energy sword and adrenals (same type as Citrus) but ended up being killed by Citrus before security knew of them. I see that security only ordered and acquired the WTs after majority of the round has passed approximately less than 20 minutes were left before the shuttle docked at CC and the end of round splash screen popped up.

As for the AC itself since this is about the conduct of the admin in question they admit they should've been a bit more communicative in regards to the ahelp, typing up a reply about how they expected you to handle the situation yourself as you were the captain during that round but it was also a round where they were the only admin online at the time and were watching a few things at the same time and assumed it would be handled ICly. As for powergaming by security I wouldn't call this powergaming myself compared to if they had used explosives or decloners against the two antags for example, considering the gear the antags had purchased they would be considered valid to use lethals against per Space Law. While there is a bit of improvement that dearmochi can do in regards to responses from administrative side, the main complaint of the AC is without merit.
