Geneticist Job-Specific Gorilla Traitor Item Tweaks

So, the gorilla bio-chip, the geneticist-only traitor item, in it's current state, is kind of garbage beyond the 'it's funny' part of being a gorilla.

I'll get straight to the point.

I would like to suggest that it is tweaked in that the user should be able to switch forms between gorilla and human with a long cooldown, like the lesser ash drake transformation, retaining their high-red glow as a human, so they can't just blend back into a crowd, this also gives them the opportunity to heal, when normally they would just die if they don't have anyone helping them the moment security pulls out a laser gun.

This also allows the traitor to do steal objectives, if they have any, as you are unable to hold items as a gorilla, thus making it literally impossible to greentext as a gorilla.

Anyway, thats all. Price may need minor adjustments for balance purposes
