Can be hacked by engineers or whomever to take guns, but will have a shock wire, and it's obvious to see when it's been modified. I'm not quite sure, there arent really any walls nearby you can place the wall charger onto. Maybe put a recharger on the wooden table in dorms on/near the wooden table.
