Adding vocal chords as an organ would allow the ability to mute someone by removing the vocal chords. I support this. Spacemanspark Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 I can scream for awhile, lose my voice temporarily, and then gain it back again. Perhaps something that stops someone from spamming caps lock for a bit, but not permanently, would be alright. And then it slowly comes back, starting by making you whisper for a bit, then, provided you don't caps lock in whisper mode, you'll return to normal mode.
